Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

So I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time. This was my first time at this specific store in Mount Laurel. Two things I noticed the cashier did. The employee was getting rid of two boxes he believed weren’t in appropriate condition for donuts. The cashier, tells him to put it back “they can use it like that.” Then I ask for 50 assorted munchkins. The employee was going to be kind enough to make my assorted request and the cashier tells him no there are boxes already made. I made no hassle about this, and clearly I need to speak up more, but the hesitation of the employee told me that these munchkins are possibly not fresh and the cashier clearly did not care about this. NEVER TF Again will I come here. I’m very big on customer service and respect. The cashier lacked all of these. A fake smile does not the equivalent of good customer Service. Terrible night shift crew, I came with my friend and our kids yesterday around 7pm on Friday at this location and after they saw us coming they turned off the light (the one by the front door) and they locked the door immediately and all the 3 or 4 employees start to hide!! I went to the drive thru window and saw them hidden and trying to check if we left or not yet!! then I waited until one of the crew came over and I told him why are you hidden and locked the door it’s still 7 and he said I know but if you already inside then it’s ok but we don’t let any other customer to come in because we are closed!! no one was in the store except the employees. I just wasted $10! there was traffic so I stopped for coffee, a hot hazelnut latte with whip & sugar & I got the little everything bagel balls-she asked me specifically if I wanted everything to which I said yes. I also ordered a side of cream cheese. what I received was plain bagel balls, no cream cheese, which I asked for and then was given, and my coffee had no sugar in it at all! I don't have sugar at home, so I literally cannot drink this coffee. doesn't seem to be any hazelnut in it either.
