Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

First off I'm a Starbucks addict and am absolutely obsessed with Starbucks, but at this location this is now the third time that I've had to wait in line as the second person in line for about 11 minutes while I wait for somebody to come up to the register and take my order, meanwhile the whole time you can usually hear people laughing and joking around in the back of the store. For the wait and give some excuse about doing something. Meanwhile, you can hear them laughing. Secondly, there was two baristas on bar. One was a shorter colored woman. The other one was a middle height woman, the woman that was handling what seemed to be the mobile drinks with slamming everything around huffing and puffing and was making it absolutely mess of everything. She was incredibly loud. She was banging metal around slamming things down and wayss. I've never seen anybody do it . Third, there seems to be an absolute lag of management in this store. I can never locate who the manager would be if I wanted to speak to them. There never seems to be any guidance. There is always trash left out on tables, There's always a group of people congregated waiting for their drinks, and where you pick your drinks up, There is also always trash. It's absolutely disappointing and disgusting. I will not be returning to this Starbucks and will be questioning going to other Starbucks cuz what are they hiding if this is what this Starbucks is...

In cafe order was smooth and friendly, Food was quick to be heated and served. Unfortunately, my very simple “venti iced green-tea with 3splenda” took over 15 minutes. I was told that they had a “certain” order from which they could not deviate. Ok, I get that, but people who literally entered the cafe AFTER ME, ordered at the register AFTER ME were being served their drinks-hot and cold- BEFORE ME! I never review fast food places, BUT this place needed a review cause Idt enough people know how amazing the atmosphere is. My orders are NEVER WRONG, (and honestly even if they were to mess up once in a blue moon ik it would be fixed accordingly.) Which brings me to the staff, everytime I come in they have a smile on their face (and for every employee to have that attitude - is RARE). OVERALL COMING HERE FOR MY MORNING OR AFTERNOON COFFEE IS ALWAYS A JOY!!! THE STAFF WILL ALWAYS MAKE OR BREAK A PLACE!! TO SAY THE LEAST THEY MAKING IT...
