When I walk in to eat at this location. It’s ok. Yesterday I ordered the new steak garlic in two burrito bowls online. After picking up my bowls and going to work. There was no meat in the bowl. I couldn’t believe it. There was also some toppings added that didn’t need to be added. When I returned to the store and asked the cashier how she is. She just looked at me. I asked if she was ok. She just looked at me. I asked for help and she turned to a team lead or something. That gal was very frustrated. She said she couldn’t remake it or give me any steak because it is a mobile order. She said they are out of that steak. They’ve been trying to get the online department to turn that meat selection off. I asked why they didn’t call me. She said they don’t call. So now I have two bowl fills of rice with some cheese and corn. It seemed like they don’t give a what at all. Sure after the incident. I had to go online and they gave me two bowls. The entire experience was not fun at all. Also, for some reason. The guacamole was actually unripe Avacado with a little guacamole paste on it. Paid extra for that. Seems like I paid extra for crunchy rice.
I came back and it was a real nice experience. I still haven’t heard back from Chipotle themselves. I was given two free burrito bowls. There was a star today. Her name is Ameil. I hope I spelled it correctly. She was very outgoing and very helpful. She genuinely cared. The first gal taking the order was nice and pleasant. The cashier gal was even different. Unfortunately this location is still out of the new steak. I appreciate my visit today. Everyone I interacted with made a great visit....
Read moreI got my Chipotle order the other day on doordash. I feel that this Chipotle has been going downhill for a little while. The reason why I say this is because this isn't the first time this has happened. Where either they give me the wrong order or they completely mess up my entire order. So in my order I ordered a double steak burrito bowl and I had extra fajita vegetables and other things. When I opened my bowl I did not have extra meat, which you do pay extra for, and there were no fajita vegetables to be found. I could not get anybody on the phone and since I had a delivered to my work that was going to be my lunch. I decided to not eat it because I would have had nothing to show them when I went there later that day. So I went there later that day I explained there were no fajita vegetables in my bowl and no double steak. The girl behind the counter said oh we didn't have any so we sent your order out anyway. But when I went there two and a half hours or three hours later they had some made. So what that tells me is they just sent out my order instead of making it thinking that I would just be okay when I ordered extra of the fajita vegetables. Don't you think I would have missed that in my bowl? I understand that something I didn't pay extra for but I did pay extra for my steak and they did not give me extra of that. So I had to drive over there to have them remake my bowl so I could go home and then eat. Again, this is not the first time I've had this issue with this chipotle. Which is really sad. Because I really love Chipotle. I think I'm going to start eating at pancheros...
Read moreOrdered chipotle online for pick up because they no longer take in person orders due to social distancing. Ok no problem. I go in and check my bag before I leave and 2 of the items ordered are missing. They tell me that they are out of Chips and guacamole. Ok, so I asked them if they have already issued a partial refund. They said that I need to email them and request a refund for the missing items. Huh? I’m frustrated by that answer but it is what it is. So I leave. When we get home my husbands food is wrong. He ordered hard tacos and they gave him soft. So he calls and they tell him that they are out of hard tacos, they are unapologetic. When you place the order they require a phone number so they had a way to reach us and instead of calling to tell us, they just allowed us to leave with a messed up order. We are trying to support these restaurants to help them stay opened. But this location has shown a lack of respect, appreciation and and care to the way they handle customers. They should’ve called us and asked us if we wanted to cancel the order or change the order but they didn’t even care enough to do that. Please beware that when you place your order online the system will not tell you if they are out of certain things and the restaurant will not call you to rectify either they will just substitute with whatever they have or they will just take your money and let you leave with missing items and not...
