Bojangles — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Today was the absolute WORSE experience ever! I went to drive thru (having laryngitis), person kept being snappy and nasty bc she couldnt hear me. So i let my 16 yr old daughter order. She got snappy with her so i pulled around. The car that was in front of me pulled off bc they never acknowledged her there. I got to the window, she called an order back to me. I said that car pulled off, i didnt order bc u couldnt hear me. She with her attitude ONCE again all aggressive asking me what i wanted. I had my daughter order bc she wanted me to come in. She got so nasty with my kid talking to her strong and wrong . Aggressive as hell. So I said so whats the problem here. She said what?! What's the problem why are u talking to us so aggressively like u don't want to be here. She said all lady get out my line and close the window. I went inside, hotter than fish grease, asking everyone I wanted to speak to the manager. These folks walking around me like I was invisible. no one ever answered. I then asked the 1 man I working, I wanna speak to manager.. the lady at the window WAS THE MANAGER and she never spoke to me. Its like she had the whole work crew not acknowledge me standing there. So im currently googling corporate bc that ghetto unprofessional manager and staff makes my town look bad and she has no business managing Noone!! And I WILL not stop until I am heard. I spent too much money at that place to be spoken to in...

I will start by saying that if I could leave a no star review I would. Today was my second trip to this location, The first time I did not even try to eat there. I wanted to eat in since I was on the road for work and I don't like eating in my car. The doors were locked and I would have had to go in to the drive through. Today I was on the road again and decided to give them a try again. once again the doors to the inside were locked and I actually decided to go in the drive through. I waited approximately 5 minutes for someone to even take my order. After ordering, I waited approximately 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. Once i got to the window the lady inside yelled to another employee that she needed my order because I was at the window, did not acknowledge me in any way. She came back to the window and took my payment. I got my food and pulled into a parking spot to eat my food. I opened up the box and all of my food was cold. It was about a 30 minute process just to get to this point and my food was cold. One of the items I ordered was mashed potatoes and gravy. I opened the lid to the potatoes and they put breakfast sausage gravy on the mashed potatoes. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food location. I will NEVER go back here. I am not usually one to leave reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. I would avoid this place...

My family frequents this location often and normally have a pleasant experience. Today, however, was different. My husband and I went in for lunch at around 2:00. The restaurant was empty, so we ordered quickly. The gentlemen that took our order was welcoming. When we received our food, it wasn’t the quality we’ve received in the past. The chicken didn’t even cover the bun and appeared darker than usual (we’ve gotten this exact sandwich on several occasions). There were no pickles on either sandwich. When my husband went to return the food for a refund, the employee was argumentative and stated that was how the sandwiches came. When he responded that it was not, she stated that “this is the size”. After my husband said we’ve had them before, she then stated they were out of the appropriate chicken. Had we been told, we would have ordered something else. She did refund our money and we left and will probably not return for a while. As we left the restaurant, we could hear snickering from several employees. Ended up going to another restaurant for our chicken sandwiches and received great customer...
