Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I had a very bad experience with this specific BWW, I feel sorry to make a mind to stop there.

I am a frequent visitor of Buffalo Wild Wings. Wherever I go, always they were nice to me, so as whenever I travel, I try to make a stop in any of the BWW. Never been had any problem so far except last day with this specific One. They treated be as an illegal Intruder. The waitress was so mean to me when I presented the ID, and she said loud by Driving license issued by Indiana state is fake, which is the one I am using for Driving and fly between states. I requested the waitress to notify any cops near by and feel free to verify my ID. Since she hesitated, I reached out to the Restaurant Manager, who was also very rude towards me. I was totally insulted on considering the ID I presented was fake. While others are there, I was curious to know whether all others over there have presented their passport and why I fall into a special case? Is it I am not White? I wanted to know the reason. However, before leaving the premises, I showed by Passport and made sure, I am not illegal, but I have never used by passport for Restaurant purpose, especially on a restaurant chain I trust most and visit frequently. I have an advice for them, please keep a notice board outside the restaurant saying that, ONLY WHITES ARE ALLOWED IN THIS SPECIFIC BWW. After a 40 miles drive, i visited another BWW where they were so courteous to me. So it is not the problem with BWW, but with this...

I normally love this restaurant. This one was horrible, the food was great but the service could not have been worse. The server came to our table to take our orders, we did not see him again for a while. Our food was delivered by the runner in a timely fashion. My personal rule for tipping is based on how full my glass stays. We finally flagged down the hostess when my girlfriend's glass was empty, and my glass had been empty for a while.

Our original server finally returned and introduced another person who would be shadowing him. The server gave the excuse that they were busy filling out the new guy's paperwork. This should be an excuse for not seeing my server for over 30 minutes?

We finished our dinner and needed boxes. Our server and his shadow walked by a few times, and did not see us waving to him. We had to count on the kindness of the hostess to go above and beyond her job classification to go get boxes for us.

This is the first time I have written a zero in the tip line of the bill. He did nothing but take my order and give me excuses. I did however tip the hostess for helping...

I love the wings here. I don't know how many times I came to this place for a chill beer and hot wings. But some times I get pretty irresponsive waiter, who doesn't respect you and never care for you. Their way of receiving is itself is a major put off for me. But some times the staff is really wonderful and smiling always which I really love. Sometimes they don't even smile. For all those who don't care about customers, please respect everyone equally if not as customers at least as humans. You don't have to be rude to people whom you don't know. Just smile and see to know who the other person is by heart. I can understand that sometimes work gets hectic and you get to the point that you don't want to be there at that moment, but trust me if you smile to the other person he will have enough reason and boost to do the job. People not only love you but respect you for what you are doing but to know that you need to initiate with a smile. When I visit next time and see a smiling waiter waiting to take order, right at the moment I will give 5 start because I love the wings here.
