Got a v threw them a few years back and had no problem always helpful and willing to work with my financial situations got it paid off no problem, now I'm getting a stove threw them and I can't call to talk to anyone they never answer their phone and my phone is currently off so I can't do the call back option. I get paid biweekly and they try to take payments every week almost every day for the off week in-between my payments so when my check hits my account it takes my money before I can pay any of my other bills... Was way better when Mike worked there he was friendly helpful and cared about customers the new customer service they have started using is outsourced and horrible it's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. Was only supposed to pay 1700 on the stove I'm almost a year in been making 122$ payments biweekly and when I called a few weeks ba they said I still owed over 1000$ I will never use tis service again I have children and a baby on the way and have To buy baby supplies that I can't buy because they take my check every...

Three stars for the fact that after my loan was paid off they kept taking a monthly fee and wouldn't stop, even after contacting customer service with no response. I will not use this service again. Poor business practices and are obviously out for your wallet, gotta get that...
