I thought a lot of this Gordon's and its employees until I was refused service this summer and told "TO GET OUT" because I could not wear a mask or face shield due to PTSD from Domestic Violence.
I was literally chased down by a young man that shoved a mask at me and when I explained I could not wear a mask/faceshield he stated then you need to get out! I was extremely upset when I left as well as my son by the way I was treated.
I called customer service to make a complaint and was told that the young man should of handled it better but that was their policy and did nothing to appease me as a customer that had been just treated extremely rudely.

The prices on many of the items that I have purchased from GFS for years have had the prices doubled if not more. This is a new high for GFS and their commonly accepted price gouging techniques. The "pay our price" and the "old boys club" that set this up years ago is falling into the ranks of Sears, JCP, KMART and the list goes on. Read moreThe store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. The ground beef in approximately 10 lb tubes is just around$30. It is much higher quality than other stores. Great customer service. Never a wait at checkout. The bathrooms are clean. The deli meats and deli cheeses are cheap. They are even willing to slice it for free. (Approximately 30 minute or more wait-so call ahead.)
