I came through the drive thru at 2pm. Today 6/11/24 they were moving pretty fast, as I got closer to maybe 3 cars bk I noticed the lady (maybe u all call it car hopping) was leaned inside someone’s car! Literally her head was in the car and she started going back and forth from inside to the car maybe 3 times. My son said “mama do u see that lady inside there car? You would not allow your crew to do that (I am a Gm as well) I pull to the window and sat there I know 7-8 mins before she came and asked my name, another 5mins-8mins she came bk and asked what did I have. She never came bk for another 5mins-8 asked me to pull up, i politely said no I’ve been waiting 15-20 mins already. She turns around leaves I sat another 5mins and a skinny African American girl with a huge wrap around her head comes and ask me to pull up again, let’s remind u I have yet to even receive my drinks! They walk off and pretend to be doing my order and came back and a manager was with them, she asked if I could pull up, I politely said no I’ve been waiting a while for my food, she then go in and looks up and shook her head, she immediately started telling them we can’t make her pull up because it’s on us, I called her(Felicia or Felesha to the window and asked if I could at least get my drinks, I could’ve pulled up and sipped while u all prepared the food but I don’t even have that. She apologized and explained to me the same as she explained to the crew. This turned into a 5start because of Ms.felicia or Felesha! She had great customer service, she was nice, pretty, appropriate,approachable and nice! She apologized again and my son said mama she need to work for u!💪🏾😊she brought me 3free item cards. Read moreI debated if I wanted to post this or not. I love the Chic-fil-A organization and hope this review will help remedy some issues. They are well known for customer service, but this location is the worst I have been to. We are local and have been many times usually with the same results. The evening lobby host is not friendly and we have had several similar encounters with other staff including the evening manager. For example last week we ordered at 8:20 PM. The food was slow to arrive even though they weren't busy. We weren't in a hurry, so no big deal. With the lobby closing at 9, we were trying to eat quickly. The host was unfriendly as usual and cleaned right at our feet as if to say we needed to leave. We went to the front counter at 9 to get some ice cream. We are told by JoJo that we can't get ice cream because the lobby is closed and will need to go through the drive-through, Kind of a pain but rules are rules so I loaded up the 6 of us and went to the drive-through. We were then told that the ice cream machine had just been turned off for cleaning after they knew we were loading up to comply. Once pressed on it they said the best they could do is give us liquid ice cream mix. Guess we will just wait to go to Sulphur Springs...
Read moreIf I could give ten stars to Ethan and his coworkers, I would. My husband and I were at this location as we were traveling back home to Dallas TX. We stopped here late at night after the 10 hours of our 12 hour drive and we were greeted with all smiles which means a lot when you are tired and hungry. Ethan took our order and helped us with our app where we had redeamed mulitple rewards and was entirely patient. We stepped aside and continued to witness the patience of this team. There was a customer creating a very difficult order for the ChickfilA team. The customer was demanding and returning multiple salads because they did not have a type of chicken he stated he had formerly had at that location. He wanted the chicken shredded which as a ChickfilA fanatic, I do not even think has ever been on a menu. The team remained so professional throughout the rude customer's demands and flippant attitude. I am proud of these kids and the owner and manager should be very proud of them too as their professionalism...
