Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I came here tonight and sat in the drive thru for no less than 10 minutes behind a woman. When I asked her if there was something wrong, she said that they had never said anything to her. I asked her to pull forward to the window so she could order, and pulled to the speaker. The woman who answered was rude and interrupted me when I was trying to order. Then she snarled out my total without a thank you or anything. When I got to the window, the lady in front of me was still waiting because no one came to the window to take her order. When they finally did, all she wanted was a soda, which took another 3 minutes to make for some reason. When she finally drove off, I pulled forward, and a boy who looked stoned out of his gourd repeated my order back to me. Then he took my card, swiped it and handed it and my food back to me. Then closed the window also without saying thank you or have a good night. Then I sat there until yet another person came back to the window asking if I had the following person's order. I asked for my credit card receipt, which she finally got for me. In all, I was there for no less than 20 minutes, 10 of which were just waiting for this other lady to order. No apology was offered, no thanks and have a nice day, nothing. I'll be calling the store in the morning to complain, and never going to this sonic again. I'll drive across...

I ate it because I was too hungry to drive back there. In the drive thru I ordered 2 Sonic cheeseburgers, two medium fries, and two simple shakes. Received extremely cool fries, drove around the street and brought them back immediately and asked for new ones. My son said I should have asked for fresh. The woman brought me two new medium fries and asked if they were better and then waited for me to try them. I didn't want to embarrass my son so I told her since I can hold them in my fingers they are warmer but not warm. (Don't want anyone spitting in my food by asking that they take them back and make them fresh.) So I gave one to my son and drove home, where I ate the cheeseburger. It wasn't sloppy because there wasn't anything in it. I asked they hold the pickle, so that wasn't in there, but there was one thinly sliced tomato, 6 pieces of small chopped onion and about ten pieces of chopped lettuce, as well as the cheese and burger. Get this, the burger was a little warmer than the fries! Not sure what is going on there, but the evening crew might want to know that people notice the temperature of their food especially when it's hotter outside than in the bag. 5/9/22 Monday...

I just got off work at the hospital and I went to get some food from the sonic. I made my order and I drive to the window sat there for a while and was never acknowledged by anybody. I girl looked right at me and never came to the window. In the mean time while I was waiting nobody came and got my money for my order. Finally a young man came to the window and started telling me a order that wasn't mine and I told him no that was not my order. He then looked at me with rude face and then say ok whats your order then? I told him my order with the same attitude he gave me and he rolled his eyes and walked away. I opened the window and hollered at him and told him never mind I don't want my order you keep along with the attitude you had and I proceeded to drive off. They were very unprofessional and I will not be going back to that sonic. I will drive all the way across town to the sonic close to Walmart before I will go to...
