Pretty terrible service. The host was pleasant, seated us quickly and took our drink order. The waitress showed up, gave us drinks, gave us a minute to figure out what we wanted to eat and then took our order. She brought our food out when ready and then............we never saw her again as she never once came back to check on us. We were literally one of five families in the restaurant tonight and yet never received a drink refill, a courtesy check up on us to see if maybe we needed napkins or anything else and then after being done eating, dying of thirst and sitting there for another 10 minutes, I finally had to walk up to the register to see how much I actually owed for my meal because I never even got a bill from my waitress. I literally had to stand at the register for about five minutes before I was even acknowledged. While I was standing there for five minutes not being acknowledged I asked my girlfriend if we should just leave, which we could have easily done without paying. At this point, as I'm at the register waiting to find out how much I owe and get the hell outta there so I can go quench my thirst since I'm so parched from never getting my drink refilled, low and behold my waitress shows up out of the blue, hands me the bill and says sorry. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. 5 families total in your restaurant and your server can't refill my drink once or even check on me?? That's terrible, I work in retail and in these pandemic times you should be cherishing every single customer that walks into your establishment. I will never return to this location in my life. I don't know the server's name, since I never received a bill from her with name, but she wears a wrist brace on one of her arms. I would recommend hiring more attentive employees who, you know, actually tend to the few customers that come into your establishment. I will definitely choose IHOP or George Webb in the future where the servers are actually friendly and, you know, tend to their customers and give them drink refills.
**Update: Hey owner, do you even actually read the reviews? I clearly gave a description of the waitress and clearly stated I didn't know her name in my review. As I can see by your attention to detail, or lack there of, you must be the moron who trains those idiots. Never again will I return to this dump. Give me IHOP any day. The food is way...
Read moreI had the opportunity to eat here when my company was replacing their lights for an upgrade. The food was outstanding. Seriously, they could’ve used it for their menu. It looks so tasty. My crêpes were delicious. (I’d like to note at this point I’ve run full service restaurants, too in the past) After eating, I worked eight hours on the ladder, changing out lights and observing. In the evening, they filled up an entire section in about 10 minutes. They. Were. Busy. The only server at the time, Ashley, was amazing. She moves with purpose while still making people feel welcome. Without exaggeration, she probably had 10 tables at one time. And they were all happy. Their line cook, Peter, clearly has talent (and was super courteous to us while we were there). He was working alongside the manager, Rory, who jumped online to help out. I don’t think I saw Rory stopped working the entire time. That’s rare for managers, who sometimes think their job is simply to tell people what to do. he was running Food, cashing people out, and helping cook. That man is amazing. The team here works so well together, and they clearly enjoy each other. If you’re looking for a great meal, A friendly atmosphere, and a well lit dining area, look no farther than this...
Read moreWaited patiently to be seated.... no acknowledgement or greeting from the staff. Watched as they were catering to online delivery orders and drivers. After 15 minutes of patiently waiting to be seated (still no acknowledgement of us from the staff) I went up to the counter and politely asked when we would be seated and received a very rude response by the older blonde haired lady that they are not seating anyone (1pm on a Sunday!!!!). I responded....that information would have been helpful 15min ago while we were standing here waiting to be seated.. . as you saw!! She responded, I'm busy!!!! No apologies, no explanation... not a care in the world. Horrible customer service! Asked to speak to the manager and was told he is not available...he is in the back.....asked for the store #.....she replied, I don't know! Asked for the corporate number, she replied, I don't know! Apparently, not much is known at this location. Obviously, we will not be returning!
Edit 9/6/24: We received a call back from the manager, Dan. He was very nice, listened, apologetic and explained what was happening that day. He said he would address our concerns with his staff. Thank you, Dan for stepping up and showing...
