Absolutely ridiculous experience. Ordered a pizza online at around 8:15pm. At 9:07 pm, Christopher began “checking” the order. Then by 9:50pm, I called the store. I asked what the status of the delivery was. Some female employee was asking someone else what the status was, laughing, and never told me. Then she hung up the phone on me. I immediately called back, and the same thing happened again, only this time, she managed to tell me they were short staffed after someone else told her to say that. Laughed at me again, and hung up the phone. I called back a third time, spoke with a gentleman who apologized and said that he sent that employee home and said a driver would arrive to pick up the order in about 3 minutes. That was at 10:01 pm. I let more time go by and I call again at 10:36 pm, and he said the driver had the order and should be there shortly. As of right now, it’s 10:52 pm. No pizza. The tracker app shows the driver STILL 12 minutes away, but he’s been parked at the huddle house for the last 25 minutes so I have no hope. THREE HOURS AND NO PIZZA. This is the most ridiculous customer service I think I have ever experienced. I’m going to go to sleep and wake up with a stale, bug infested pizza on my porch at this rate. If I could rate negative stars I would. Paying me for my wasted time at this point would be the only...
Read moreI've been coming here for years and we are always satisfied with the food and the service. Even when unforeseen situations occur, they always do their best to make things right. This past Halloween night everything was super busy as to be expected; I pre-order a day in advance thinking that would've been enough time, but others pre-ordered before me, which I understand. We ended up having to wait longer than the time we had requested our order, But the manager was totally nice about it, kept her cool and did the best she could with the crazy busy situation at hand. She Never got rude or anything like that which is hard to do under those kinds of pressures! We ended up having to come back a second time to pick up our order since it wasn't ready, but the manager even called me by phone in addition to having the tracker on the app, just to let me know our order was ready. I didn't notice it until the following day, but she even gave us a credit for a pizza in the future due to the inconvenience. I appreciate her extra effort and great customer service...which is rare these days! We will continue ordering from here...

We ordered a pizza at 9:17pm, around 10:30, I called the store to get an update and there was NO answer! I called 2 more times and it just rang and rang. Finally close to midnight, the delivery lady showed up, doesn’t apologize or say anything regarding the wait and just hands me my pizza. Dominos pizza isn’t worth waiting almost 3 hours for. I’ve even gone as far as contacting Dominoes headquarters through Twitter thinking they would care, they passed the buck and said someone would reach out....do you think that happened...NOPE! I’ve had ZERO communication from the actual store. My only reason for writing a review is to save other people from ordering from this location. I hope headquarters realizes whoever is running this location is squandering the opportunity they have. I hope they close this location and make room for a locally owned business that actually cares about their customers. Wish I could leave...
