I went at night, the staff was a little rude, I was asked what I would like and I wasn't sure so I looked down at the ice cream and started to ask a question about a flavor and I guess I took too long because when I looked up he was just finishing his eye roll and dirty look n walked to the other counter, so I didn't really feel like I was given good or freindly service from that employee, and the man who did eventually help mehelped my freind before me n just had this kinda angry look on his face the whole time we were being served, never smiled, spoke in just short to the point phrases and just didn't seem to want to be there, which I get, work sucks, most people don't like their jobs, but when you work in customer service positions it's usually part of your job to at least pretend to be personable. Read moreWent in before work and planned extra time to get there but it took forever to get my order. They need a general manager to step up their game here. They only scheduled two guys working for a Monday morning with one being brand new and not knowing how to make the drinks which means the other guy can only make the drinks and he is the only one who can take the orders through the drive thru. They need to schedule better. I was able to get the donuts I wanted but they were stale. After placing my order inside and getting the donuts I waited another 10 minutes for my drink which I never got because I had to get to work and did not want to wait around another 10 min before I got it. Went back later after work to talk to a manager but they didn't have one on staff at that moment and they had nobody to refund the coffee drink either which makes no sense to have nobody on staff for that whole time being able to do that cuz I went back 6 hours later. Read moreOne of the employee decided it was smart idea to talk about me right in front of me to another employee. I work 3rd shift so when I get off I’m not very talkative. Two different times they intentionally left the caramel out of ice coffee (the guy was staring at me as I tried it the second time since I was suspicious after the first.) when I came in later that day after trying my coffee again (I drink my coffee in the afternoon since I work 3rd shift) all the employees kept staring, laughing, and talking in a different language. Quite honestly, even if Dunkin’s is a franchise, they’re giving Dunkin’ Donuts a terrible name. I’ve found another one close to my job and so far, it’s been a better experience for sure.
