Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Place the order for two sandwiches both Giants and the delivery man when he got here stated oh yeah the order screwed up but there's nothing I could do to fix it and required me to pay for the screwed up order to begin with and only reason why I did it is because I was hungry and I didn't want to have to wait another hour to get replacement sandwiches just to correct my order probably won't order from Jimmy John's again this is the one and only time that I've ordered from them and if their services like it is now on a consistent basis I don't see why anybody would continue to order from them

I was giving a free mail to try to make up for the screw up on Jimmy John's the other day so I called in for my meal today the sandwich was dry the staff were rude staff standing around doing nothing while two people made sandwiches I would rather do some dive type place over Jimmy John's any day of the week I will not be back to Jimmy John's. I could probably get a better meal with MREs than what I got at...

UPDATE: Jimmy Johns made it right. They got in contact with me promptly and offered me compensatory meals to try again so I took advantage of that today. MUCH faster, and both sandwiches were delicious and substantial. Will be ordering from there again when I need fast & fresh.

(Original Review) Ordered a the gargantuan and a lil john. 20 minutes later the tracker said it was delivered & eat! Called the store concerned that it wasn't here but the tracker said it was- and he assured me that it was still on its way. I called back 20 minutes after that and confirmed the order and that it was on the way. I was picking up the phone to call at 1 hour since order- when it arrived. Both sandwiches were there, and the gargantuan was great! (Hence 2 stars instead of one.) The little john was pretty much bare. There was technically turkey, bacon, and lettuce on it, one piece each. That sandwich was arguably 90-95% Bread.

I order from this location about once every week or two and always have a decent experience except for tonight I ordered food way ahead of time for my break knowing it would take a little longer because of the roads.. I called the store back after waiting about 40 minutes to make sure all was okay and that my food was still coming and he told me that the driver had left 20 minutes prior with mine and 1 other order.. When the driver finally got here an hour after my order was placed, she wasn’t even in uniform, had her phone in her hand and made up a horrible excuse that they had a ton of deliveries even though the man I spoke with on the phone said she only had 1 other besides mine. I’m not one to complain much but I have now missed almost my whole lunch break and have to scarf down my food quickly.. will still be ordering from here, just thought this...
