Got to mcds at 8:10am pulled up ordered my food 6 sausage biscuits add cheese X3 lg drinks got to window paid 28$ I asked cashier at how much was my sandwichs bc it sounds way to high she said oh no they charged you for 6 sausage egg n ch biscuits (super nice lady ) at first window..she had me to pull up to second window to let them know and give me correct refund when I got to window the skinny shorter blonde haired lady was kinda rude gave me an annoyed look and handed me my drinks and said pull forward and closed the window in my face and I waived at the window to get her attention to get my 20+$ refund sense I was charged that much of diff she said we'll get that pull fwrd ...so I sat there for a good 10+ min waiting for my food meanwhile my drinks are now watering down ..sigh I didn't complain about it I was at this point just wanted to get my family fed breakfast and so forth so the lil gal brought me out a bag with my sandwichs out I said I'm waiting for a refund as well ..she said it's in the bag so I looked it was there and correct however my sandwichs was still wrong I told them they have to be made correct as there is an egg allergy...I told the gal and I was told I still have to go around to the window now I'm getting more annoyed bc there's now a morning rush line forming ..so I go back around to the line pulled up told them they had me pull around to first window thankfully the lady at the first window was extremely helpful she seemed to be the only one willing to properly help me the rest I dealt with was rude and telling me it's not there fault .. blonde skinny gal rolled her eyes shut window in my face ..it wasn't even packed for once and I was still there just getting the correct food at 8:40 ps my pop was a waste it was all...

I am normally not one to leave a poor review but today pushed me to my limit. I tend to stop at this specific restraunt often and today, was by far my worst experience. The wait time in the drive-thru was terrible. It took close to 30 minutes to get through the line. Not counting the wait time to get my food. When I ordered, the lady had a rude attitude about taking the order. Then the young man at the window accepting pay, I will excuse his clumsiness, he kept dropping people's money, which can be annoying to try to retrieve. However, my concern with him was rather his complete disregard that anyone was at the window. Instead of acknowledging I was there, he instead walked away and began goofing off around the corner a bit. Then, not uncommon as of late, I was asked to pull forward after receiving my drink. Which was fine. However, there already were 2 vehicles that had pulled forward prior. We all 3 sat there for around 10 to 15 minutes before I received my food. I also received mine before the two that had already been there first. I will at least say that the gentleman who brought out the food was very kind and was trying his best. However the food was barely warm when I received it. The hamburgers were dry and the bun was hard in spots as if it were left out too long, then the fries were a luke warm and had cold spots as if they were not thoroughly cooked. It's a Manns McDonalds so it's going downhill. The attitudes are getting increasingly crappy. Tonight I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee as I've done hundreds of times. I get to the windows and the girl is confused that my order isn't there. She yells up front and they confirm it's there. I proceed to the next windows and I'm asked "what flavor do you want? " Dumbfounded I said "ummm, I just want an iced coffee" She says "yeah, but what flavor?"n. I said " I just want an iced coffee with liquid sugar, cream and coffee. How they are supposed to be made. Like they are always made" She then says "how much sugar? How many things of cream?" I was confused. I said " I don't know? They put like 5 pumps in and they press a button for the cream. I'm confused." she says "ok." and goes to make it. Brings it back and I said "thanks" she says in a snotty tone " hmmm" Audio recorded of course. Just unbelievable how these freaking employees don't care anymore. Even the the adults are getting horrible. I order these things all over the country and I'm never asked about "flavoring" they just make the thing how it's always been made. HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE! That's ok.
