Back in the summer I bought Coils for Snow Wolf and they did not work . So I told manager about it, She said We don't sell coils for that, so her employee must of gave me wrong type, and she said she was New and that next time I buy coils for my Nord Vape she would give me a deal. so I finally went there today , she hardly remembered me, (If she was management material she would of wrote my name in her book) so anyhow she said I will give you 10% off, hmmm . She said they sell for $21 a 5 pack, ok I can go to Mr Vapor and get them for $16 a 5 pack. What a ripoff, so I lost money on there bogus 5 pack on my snow wolf. Never will buy...

Was told I was being given 10% for doubling my purchase of butane. Said I would buy 2 if I get 10% off. Sales associate seemed confused whether they were able to do discounts or not. Although she agreed, yet once I look at my receipt I see I don’t get the discount. She s idn’t seem to know what’s going on well enough to be closing the store until 11pm by herself. Not to be rude just letting corporate know. Great shop with great selection other than that! (Didn’t get name on girl [no name tag] but she had dark hair and blonde streak or something similar...

I love this place! Such a very friendly environment as soon as you walk into the door! Very good selection! The employees were eager to wait on me and answered all my questions and were very patient with me! Originally the employee gave me the wrong item that I needed which isn’t a problem accidents happen as soon as I called and explained what happened management exchanged what I had and gave me the exact one that I needed no questions asked. Best place in town for all your vaping needs! It’s also a bonus that they are opened...
