Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I'm usually not the one to take to the internet about my service but I had a less than pleasant experience today. Not only was my cup half foam, but it was prepared with coconut milk when I requested almond milk. I work as a barista currently so I understand the busy lifestyle but idk this is pretty unacceptable. The manager was rude and pushed past me without saying excuse me as well. Customer service needs to be held to a higher standard here. I did not pay 11 dollars to get half a cup of a latte, that was served incorrectly and a wrap that was served lewk warm. I've had many many maaany pleasant experiences in the past, but recently it's been pretty poor. Hopefully I can have those...

I used to never have problems, but the somewhat new hires have selective reading. I always get Starbucks before class so I don’t have time to wait for them to fix the drink. They have given me whipped cream when I asked for NO whipped cream SEVERAL times in a row. And they’re supposed to be college students. Even a single start is not worth this place. I have tried java chip frappuccino, the pink frappuccino and white chocolate mocha on different days but either of it was good and the frappuccino was never blended smoothly it always had some large ice pieces left not blended and the white chocolate mocha was not at all good and I usually get these same drinks in other locations but fortunately they were so good.
