Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Pocono

I would like to say thank you to the owner he has called me today on 02/26/2018 and was very understanding and apologize for the situation that occurred on 02/23/2018 and will be taking care of the situation ASAP and I am pleased that he cared to give me a call so thank you very much I could not ask for anything else great man who cares

On 02/23/2018 Myself and my fiancé ordered from Domino’s it’s Friday night and I did not feel like cooking so we ordered out we placed are order at 9:28pm the tracking ordered stated that a person from Domino’s Name Hope was suppose to deliver are food to PCP I was a sleep I woke up to my fiancé being upset so I asked what’s wrong and he told me that the food never came and he called 11 times and each time he was put on hold for 15min or more he kept on hanging up and calling back but still no answer I was very disappointed on how rude The people are at this new location compared to the old location I was about to show up in there life tonight but my fiancé told me not to drive there what can I say I’m a New’Yorker I can’t help it never the less I did not drive to dominos and if you are from New’York y’all now what I am talking about and if you don’t you better asked somebody my daughter who is 7years old had to wait for food that was never coming I know my fiancé was upset when he was in the kitchen cooking for myself and my daughter. Lol smh so I called dominos’s from my cell phone since my fiancé stated that he was not getting through I also was put on hold finally a man came on the phone I stated to him the situation I was having about my ordered not being received and I stated to him why is it that my fiancé had to call 11 times with nobody explaining to him if the driver will be late or if the driver will be on it’s way mind you I ordered at 9:28pm and it’s now 1:23 am smh so The domino’s guy did say he was sorry and asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted the food reheated and I’m like Noooo do you really have to ask only in PA I quess he also stated that the driver got lost and how MS Hope just got back to the store with my order mind you it’s 1:23 am when MS Hope supposedly came back to the store with my order I said to the guy I was speaking to on the phone why haven’t we received a phone call stating she was lost when I placed my order at 9:23pm I smell BS so I told the guy that I will be calling corporate and writing a review about the BS and I also told him that someone will be getting discipline for this because it was rude and unprofessional and he told me he doubts that he will he discipline for having my child waiting for some food she was never getting i want corporate to see my review and make sure they have workers who cares about doing there job and who is scared about losing there jobs when they don’t follow company’s rules and this guy I spoke to was very confident that nothing will happen to him even if you spend $40 on food that you will never get well i’m Here to speak for everyone who has to deal with an angry stomach on a Friday night this must stop and it will stop when more people write a review big or small to let this company know how there works really don’t...

We placed an order this evening at 6:14 with an estimated delivery of 25-38 minutes. By 7pm the tracker said it was delivered however it clearly was not. I waited until 730 to call the store. After being placed on hold I was told our driver left 10 minutes ago. He had a couple of deliveries and should be there soon. At 755 our order arrived. The driver accepted $60 for a $39 order from my two young teenagers. No change was provided. ( I am not clear if the kids didn’t ask or if it was even offered. Therefore I’m more upset with the kids for not paying attention and remembering that I told them to get $12 change) The food is what it is. I have no real expectations besides it being somewhat timely and hot when it arrives. It’s cheap, processed food that teenagers don’t mind on a busy weekday evening. It was obvious they were busy considering how long it took to deliver and ranch dressing being put in with the cinnamon breadsticks. Still no big deal. I’m upset about spending $60 on a $39 order, but it’s my own fault for leaving it to the kids. Here’s the best part. At 9:44 dominos pulls in the driveway. I think to myself “wow the driver realized he was way over tipped and decided to come back and check that he received the right amount of money” nope. By the time I got downstairs to answer the door he was pulling out of the driveway and a bottle of sprite in a ripped through the bottom dominos bag on the front step. Didn’t knock. Didn’t call. Just left the forgotten soda on the step. In freezing temperatures. The soda was for the kids (they get sprite with pizza. I drink Diet Pepsi so wouldn’t have even looked for the sprite) I will never spend another dime at this store. Cheap or not. I would have had a better chance at buying a frozen pizza in Walmart, waiting in line to pay and driving home in the time dominoes delivers. And it wouldn’t cost me...

This dominos is lucky that it is one of the few options around the neighborhood. Only a few of the many who work there know how to ring your order up and check you out. Only a few ppl can make your pizza when you come inside and order. Can’t believe how poorly staffed this place is, I don’t know if it’s because of bad experiences with previous employees, but it seems that trust is only placed on the few in order to make sure nothing funky goes on. This specific location moved to a different venue not too far from the first and one night after most of us local to the area knew they were moving I placed an order. I placed the order before 10pm (around a quarter to) and they close at 1am. I have never had an instance where the online tracker was off by so much time, but when i placed my order about an hour after the dominos tracker said my order had been delivered I still had nothing so i called and explained and said i still had no food. At that point they proceeded to tell me that the tracker isn’t that accurate and the driver was on his way don’t worry. After that call my food still had not arrived it was 12:30am by then, I was just pissed thinking they never delivered but was charged for my order. A few minutes later a delivery guy shows up and the weird thing is that instead of a normal receipt, he hands me a clipboard which on the back of it has a lot of sticky order receipts from different orders with hand written lines and x’s where ppl can sign for their orders.
