Arrived at 8:30 with a party of 3. Put on a wait list and told it'll be 10 - 15 minutes and sent us to wait outside. It felt a bit odd since there were other people waiting outside but whatever. We waited 25 minutes before going inside. They ignored us for another 15 minutes while they went back and forth between the kitchen and the host's podium. Finally got to us and we were seated at 9:10, 40 minutes later.. oh, the wait list? Never used it and they never sent us a text saying our table is ready. Of course, we were starving by then so we placed our order by 9:15. Around 10 minutes later, we realized we wanted to add an appetizer. Kept making eye contact with our server and tried go get her attention for the next 10 minutes with no success. This all happened while she was walking around and serving tables all around us. Chit chatting with them too. Gave up with adding something to the order since we figured our order should be out soon. Big mistake. Order came out at 9:50, a full 35 minutes after placing it. Pizza was just warm and not hot. Couldn't actually start eating because we didn't get our plates until I finally had had enough and blurted out at our server (who was still ignoring us) that what the problem was - we had food and no plates. She got us plates at 10:00 and just placed them in a stack at the corner of the table. Pizza was cold by now, what a waste...

TL;DR: ignored by restaurant staff from the moment we were waiting to be seated until we finally got our plates 1.5 hours later. If you're Indian, you're just not gonna get service here. Read the other negative reviews, there's at least 50%...

The food was great, prices reasonable, service and attitude of staff VERY POOR! We went to dinner to celebrate a birthday. We had a party of 10. In my experience, every time I’ve been to a restaurant in a party of 8 or more the tip is automatically included in the bill. Tonight, we had three separate bills and our waitress completely screwed up processing the credit cards. We spared our waitress Angie the embarrassment of pointing out her error because frankly, she wasn’t very friendly in the first place. We made arrangements between ourselves to settle the discrepancy. While saying our goodbyes outside, a staff member opened the door to berate us regarding the tip and threatened to auto-gratituity us next time… This was completely out of line. We were under the impression they had already took their auto-gratuity. So I was completely caught of guard by her statement. When I called back to discuss this rude behavior I asked for the manager and was given the waitress that waited on us. I explained to her she failed to process the checks correctly and because of that we didn’t feel comfortable adding what we thought to be an additional tip on someone else’s credit card. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she rudely blamed the party for not calling her out regarding ‘her’ mistake. All of this after very mediocre service in the first place. How dare they express irritation for not getting tipped on that kind of service. Tips are customary to reward exemplary service. The service was far from that. Add rudeness and unprofessional behavior on top...

We had the salmon salad and a wood fired pizza. They were just fine. We had two craft beers and they were fresh and cold. Our waitress was nice and attentive and helpful. The overall experience was just fine. We didn’t feel cheated or overcharged and we were treated well and we didn’t get food poisoning. What more could you want? Well, if we were the owners, we would want people to tell their friends it was really good, not just that they didn’t get food poisoning. So for one thing, more care should be given to the food. There should be a dressing for the salmon salad that complements the yummy grilled fish and the capers. We were given a choice of the usual thousand island, ranch, etc.. Our waitress suggested balsamic vinaigrette, but I can’t imagine any of them tasting good with that dish, and the red onions shouldn’t have been cut the day before. The Margherita pizza crust tasted like it was not the highest quality and the basil was brown bits instead of green leaves. The two dishes we ordered for the two of us came in two separate courses, which was just fine but it was a little awkward. The atmosphere was just fine; the room was one big room with mountain-y things hanging on the white walls and lights filling the room with light, and the chairs were solid wooden chairs. Things were clean and everything was just fine. But don’t you see? With just a little more attention to detail, with just a little more not settling for “just fine,” the place would be really good, and we would have...

Was basically empty when I walked in save for two tables that looked like they had been there for a while. There were 3 hostesses standing there talking to each other, none of them acknowledged my existence. Once larger groups (without a reservation) came in behind me, they quickly attended to the groups, but did not speak to me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me but I ended up having to reach out and ask if I could sit at the bar or something. If it was busy I would understand their lack of attentiveness, but there was almost no one there and they served the people behind me first. The place next door was absolutely packed out the door. I sat at the bar and had a cider, that was good but the "Sparky's Burger" I had was: 1. Devoid of Seasoning 2. Lukewarm 3. Overpriced ($17) Will not be coming back, they are not worth your hard earned cash. Go to Yaks on the 5 or Dunsmuir Brewery instead. Also the music was too loud and sucked, this is Mount Shasta, most people don't want to hear trashy country music about tailgating, choose something more neutral that everyone will enjoy.

Ok here we go!! I came in here a year ago and it was AMAZING!!!! Proponently displayed was a Real Brick pizza Oven!! The signature item that really set this place apart. The atmosphere WAS Amazing. The kind of Amazing that would really make you come back even if the food was Mediocre. Came back with my family about a year later, and the pizza oven is now behind closed walls and the dining area went from Unique to a fancy cafeteria. NOT HAPPY. WHO MAKES THAT DECISION how do you come to that 🤔 ?!?!? Now I'm bitter, my favorite beer blew and they didn't have a replacement keg, my son ordered pizza sticks and got a flat bread when I asked if that was pizza sticks, she just said "Yup" for the price the food is OK, the atmosphere looks like a gender neutral bathroom, and unfortunately the best thing about the place is the service, I will encourage my family to go next store next time also Old fashions do not have cinnamon in them unless it's clearly denoted in the title or the recipe!!

Absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a dinner date or to bring some out of town family and friends to socialize relax and enjoy some delicious cooking. The waitstaff was friendly and the plates were on point. I had the Filet Mignon and although it was pricey (imo) it was worth it to enjoy something amazing on a special occasion! I'm not a big drinker, but they seemed to have a beer, wine or specialty beverage that fits the bill for anyone. This restaurant is a 10/10. Grading in Siskiyou county, its a 12/10 awesome. Keep up the great job! Would return? No. WILL return! ;) [Pictured, Filet Mignon and Scalloped Potatoes. & Fettuccine Alfredo.] ***Oh, small critique: [Ambiance] Could use a hanging speaker in the middle of the dining area softly playin some of the tunes that can be heard closer to the kitchen! Would have loved to hear some music instead of the clamor from the other guests.***
