My husband and I came in mid-morning for some coffee and pastries and were really disappointed. After purchasing our pastries, we asked if they could be warmed and if we could have plates because we wanted to stay and enjoy our coffees and scones. She didn't respond to us directly, instead she turned to her coworker and asked if the oven was still on (or something?) and begrudgingly took the pastries back. 10 minutes later our pastries were returned to us, still almost entirely cold, without plates and back together in the same bag. I noticed they had a "deal" basket for like day or 2 day old (something like that) bakery treats at a lower price and thought that was such a neat idea.
If I really had to find something to comment about as far as constructive feedback, I'd just suggest that maybe try to wipe down tables more frequently. But sometimes stuff gets busy and I totally get that - if it gets busy that's a good sign anyway!!
Definitely looking forward to coming back as they did such a fantastic job and I felt very...

No one said a word to us even tho all the workers made eye contact with us while we standing there waiting to be greeted or at least told they knew we were there but not a single word for awhile. We were there 10 minutes only two sentences were spoken to us it was dead quiet in there almost felt like we didnt belong or something i mean we are from out of town but to buy one donut for 7$... but it wasn't bad at all but def wasnt made today for sure.. I still tipped but I didn't want to cuz this wasnt good experience at all. Thank you anyways! FYI I did help direct two restaurant locations before I moved here I do know what bad customer service is I have reputable references as well......
