We used to love this Subway, and would only come here... BUT... They are never open, and when they are, they don't have anything. Never have bread, meats, sauces or newly advertised sandwiches available. Workers are relatively rude, and sometimes brutally rude. Customer service skills are nonexistent at times. My spouse went in there not even a week ago and ordered a newer sandwich, and the woman, (whom appeared to have poor hygiene as well as customer service skills,) interrupted him in the middle of asking for the sandwich, "we're out!" She was probably asked a lot about this sandwich, as it was new and was annoyed by the requests/inability to fill the orders for them, but was entirely too snotty. A simple redirect to another sub or a simple "sorry sir, we are out at the moment." Needless to say, we now go to Casey's sub department in Lisbon. The employee was incredibly rude, she made me repeat my order several times, and they were out of cookies. The other preparer was keeping the first one safe, and customers safe, but she apparently couldn't be bothered to do the same.
