I have never been so talked down to in my entire life! These guys are extremely rude! We drove 17 minutes to pick up our pizzas we ordered online. We get there and a sign says they can't take a card. So crud, we have to drive back home and get the right card that we can pull cash out of. We asked the manager if they could remake them so they didn't sit in the warmer for over an hour. He agreed. When I got there he said his boss said he couldn't. His boss was a very rude woman who was talking down to me and being very rude and disrespectful. The two women I spoke with were so rude and gave me dirty looks for wanting fresh food. Saying its my fault because I should have known. Didn't try to correct their problem on their end at all. I will never be back to this location. I am so upset about how I was treated I want to cry! I will be contacting corporate to inform them of the people who work at this location. By far the worst customer experience I have ever received. Im not a Karen and I usually let things go. I was willing to overlook the fact no one called to let me know that they can only take cash. I feel like they must be trying to hide something from the government and dont want to pay all their taxes. Why eles would they not be able to take a card at a franchise. Something very sketchy is happening at this location. Needless to say I wasn't going to give my husband's hard earned money to this establishment after I had been lied to, talked down to and not offered any way to make it up to us. This establishment has changed my view of humanity. If this is how they treat customers I wonder how they treat each other. I hate to speak up when my order is wrong or something happens and then I finally do and this is how I was treated. I have so much anxiety from this that I now have a panic attack... and all because I wanted...
Read moreI ordered two pizzas and a sandwich, when I went to pick up my order all I had was a $50 dollar bill. The lady at the counter said she couldn't break it, I pointed out I wasn't trying to break it I'm trying to pay for my order which was $22 and some change, she still said she wouldn't take it. I ended up telling her that I guess they would just have to keep the pizzas because I didn't have any other form of payment on me. The lady at the counter then rolled her eyes and chuckled to herself as if I had just somehow wasted their time and the pizzas they made. I was the one who ordered the pizzas, drove all the way across town to pick up the pizzas just to have Dominos not sell me the pizzas I ordered. Although I think its unlikely I guess it is possible that she just didn't have any change at all in the register at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon, but if that's the case then thats just bad business on their part, not mine. I drove up the street to Pizza Hut and checked ahead of time that a $50 wouldn't be an issue (it was not) and ordered my pizzas there and waited about 15 to 20 minutes for them to cook them. The only positive thing to come of this negative experience is I have a better idea of where to spend my money and where not to in Mountain Grove. I have always liked Dominos and will still do business with them just not...
Read moreThe customer service is horrifying. I’ve always had numerous problems with this Dominos location. Tonight tipped the boat for us. I placed an online delivery order without an issue. The tracker said it would be about 35-40 minutes before heading our way. After placing the order I started laundry, cleaning up, etc.. During the time frame of placing the order I missed a phone call. It so happened to be Dominos. The manager David was beyond rude over the phone stating, “We don’t deliver past 8pm (which must be a new policy), you didn’t call me back within 7 minutes, I canceled the order.” I then explained my card was charged with the delivery fee, the app didn’t indicate any issues, and I ordered delivery not long ago past 8pm. David immediately started berating me. If the delivery policy has changed okay.. then explain that to me. You SHOULD NEVER snap at your customers. The other employees weren’t respecting the fact their manager was on the phone with a customer, yelling profanities and inappropriate comments in the background. I WISH PIZZA HUT NEVER CLOSED.
