I visited this place for the first time, had a latte which was delicious. I noticed someone having a croissant sandwich on a plate, and decided to get one, as it looked great. A new employee showed up (colored hair) who seemed quite distracted. I asked for a croissant sandwich and he was going charge me for a plain croissant. Then, he asked his coworker if they had any avocado left?!? I also asked for a glass of water, and he asked me if I wanted ice, and said yes. After a few minutes he placed the sandwich on the counter, which first, was in a bag( not on a plate as I expected, but he never asked me) and it was smeared in avocado with very little sprouts and radishes. ( Looked nothing like the one I saw previously). I had to call his attention to ask for water again, and he asked me...again! if I wanted ice! While he was proceeding to serve me the ice water, he was totally looking to see what other coworkers were doing-he went to the counter to aid to another coworker, and enumerated a customer the ingredients in the croissant sandwich( I think ALL employees should know that). He returned back and poured my water from a jar behind the coffee machine( this while chatting with another customer). If I pay over $12 for a small sandwich( including over 20% tip) I expect at least your undivided attention...instead of a forced smile at the end. May try it again for...

The menu has a creative twist on both drinks and food, and everything I tried left a great impression. •Cinnamon Honey Vanilla Latte: Absolute must-try! It’s cozy and flavorful, with the perfect blend of warm cinnamon spice, silky vanilla, and just the right touch of honey sweetness. Every sip felt like a hug in a cup. •Bean Vanilla Latte: For those who love a stronger coffee flavor, this one delivers. Smooth and bold with a nice vanilla finish that makes it both comforting and energizing. •Banana Tea Bread: Moist, tender, and not overly sweet—this paired perfectly with the lattes. You can taste the real banana in every bite. •Mochi Pandan Muffin: This was a fun surprise! Lightly chewy from the mochi, with a subtle pandan aroma that makes it unique and memorable. Definitely not your average muffin. •Bagel with Cream Cheese, Avocado & Turkey: A solid savory option. The bagel was fresh and chewy, stacked with creamy cheese, ripe avocado, and plenty of turkey. Simple, satisfying, and filling.
The cafe has a cozy, laid-back vibe with friendly service and a menu that keeps things interesting. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, savory, or a fun coffee creation, 1 Oz Cafe is definitely...
Read moreToday this place ruined my morning mood due to lack of customer service. I asked oat cappuccino for to go. After some time I see that people who were behind me in order line started getting there drinks. So I asked status of my drink. After checking they pointed on cappuccino which was sitting on a counter, it was not in to go cup it was in glass cup and as far as I remember that drink was called out with name Ellen, when my name is Eldar. And they go as this is your drink, give us second we will put it in to go cup. The guy pours it into to go cup and hands it to me. Now, I'm standing with that cup, cappuccino is dripping all over the cup on my hands (cause a guy while pouring didn't manage do it accurately), it's cold (cause it was sitting on a counter for some time and lost a temperature due to pouring), it's anything else but cappuccino (cause when he poured it from cup to cup now it has no foam and this is the reason why I ordered cappuccino).
I'm slowly putting cappuccino back on counter, cause at first I felt a total disrespect and at second messed up drink due to they didn't take my order and name right.
Well they didn't tell me that they will redo it, and I'm not gonna ask for it. I walked out without cappuccino and paid 7$ + tip for the...
