What a responsive and amazing florist Fleur De Lis is!

Ordered two different arrangements for my wife for Valentine's Day because I wasn't going to be in town. I wanted a bouquet to be delivered on 2/13 and another on 2/14 (we typically celebrate Galentine's Day because I think V-day is an overrated and overcharged day, and we should be giving flowers on regular days and not just hallmark holidays).

Ordering through the website was easy enough, but the order looked a bit confused because it didn't clearly state that the two bouquets would be delivered on two different days. I called in and spoke directly to the owner who said that the best way to do this was to submit two separate orders, but because I called in, he would correct the orders himself. The updated orders were emailed to me and when the delivery was complete, I got an email notification as well.

It turns out that my order was duplicated on the florists' end because she ended up getting two bouquets on v-day anyway, but of course my wife loved it.

Ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday. I live out of state and chose this neighborhood florist with no previous dealings. Spoke with May on the phone, she was very helpful describing what she could do. (It was a same day delivery) My Mom, (who is very knowledgeable of flowers) was absolutely blown away! She loved everything about the arrangement! She described all the different choices of flowers, berries, etc. She was so impressed SHE called May to thank her! I chose this florist because they were just a few doors down from a business I worked at years ago. I can't convey how impressed and thankful I am to them. They cared for my Mom as I would. They delivered MORE than expected! They made me very proud of the town...

This florist is by far the best, the most unique and so caring for the customer and the recipient. I just can’t give them a rating that is true to their love of the job! Five measly stars is not enough! They went above and beyond the call of a florist to touch my daughters heart with a beautiful arrangement, and they touched my heart with a caring understanding that gave me.

Without any hesitation, I highly recommend them for any floral arrangements you might need, for they truly get pleasing the customer, and making their name breathe of integrity, quality and kindness.
