My family has been coming here off and on for over 23 years. We have never had a bad meal or food and have always found it to be a rock solid restaurant. Our go to used to ALWAYS be the Classico and Turkey/Chicken Pesto Sausage sandwiched on toasted Ciabatta. Unfortunately, they stopped making the sausage sandwich many years ago. Probably for the better as healthier fare makes more sense. We have since moved on to the Vegetarian sandwich, toasted on 3-seeded sliced bread. Delicious!

The menu has changed over the years as well as a remodel - all for the better. The food has always been tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. I recommend it for soups, sandwiches and salads. Their breads are very good: sweet, sour, 3-seeded, whole wheat, etc. They have a wide selection and are a good go to place for fresh locally made breads.

They also offer a wide selection of very good albeit conventional pastries such as carrot cake, bear claws, croissants, scones, bagels, etc. Don't expect fancy and expensive pastries.

Within the past year the menu has gotten more inspired and I look forward to coming here for many more decades. Join their Club and earn point toward free meals, coffee and bread. Keep up...

Quick stop to grab a bite with my friend who insisted for us to be here. Got in and parked behind In the parking area though you might have to wait a bit since it gets packed pretty fast and for longer durations.

Finally got in and got straight to the front to place the order. I ordered the tuna salad sandwich with coleslaw white my friend ordered a vegetarian sandwich with coleslaw alongside a tomato soup that we would share.

The sandwich was yum and I did not spend a lot of time devouring it. Could be the hunger that got the better of me while my friend took his time to wrap up his sandwich.

The soup was good but a step away from being great though I wouldn’t ding a full star for that. However it sure is a feedback to the folks to make it better :)

Good experience otherwise and I would love to stop by to give the soup another try,...

Yesterday, March 13 at 10 am, I went to buy breakfast in Mountain View and a young employee with a bad attitude took care of me, she gave me a cold and hard bread and that she will heat it up but she got upset and when I told the manager The person in charge of that place did not say anything, he only returned the money I had paid, I told the young woman that if she does not know how to work with customer service, why is she there, she replied ... if you do not like it, you can leave ugly old woman from here, and other rude things she told me, I think that this is not the way to treat a client I am very disappointed in that place and what gave me the most courage is that the manager there did not...

Great place to eat lunch after a long bike ride, or exercise. The interior is modern and comfy to eat a meal at or even do work at. The prices are reasonable given the portions of each item. I ate the BLT and strawberry w/ mango salad; with the gorgonzola cheese on the side. Was not expecting the BLT to be toasted, but it was. Other than that, it was great. That plus the salad filled me up after a long bike ride in a bike with one gear.. There's also an extra picture of a soup in a bread bowl; forgot the name of it though.

I came in person to order a vegetarian sandwich for my wife. I specifically told the person who took the order that I had to get the order right because it was for my wife and she would be upset if it was wrong. One specific request was in addition to dill sauce in the sandwich, more dill sauce on the side. As you can see from the attached receipt they stapled to the bag, it was clearly added to the order. Of course, once I get to our office she looks inside and there was no dill sauce! Unacceptable.
