I visiting this one. I frequent vitality bowl stores. The person there might of have been in training. They servwd me a small portion of acai serving when I ordered a LG and food items where missing in bowl. I went back and I asked for my items I ordered for, I did not complain about the portion size because one I wwas really hungry and two I felt bad for the person . They i think they were trying but they need more training or find a other job. The customer in front of me complainted about her shake they order and the front person didnt agrue but was not hearing her concerns that the shake. The customer was disapppinted and left with the shake. Starbucks, & Peets does not do that. They would apoligize, make it over, ask you what something eles you may want Or give back your money. I thought that was bad customer service on the company's behalf and my acai bowl was a half made correctly and I did not get the full portion. I felr ripped off excpecially how $$$ they are. I will not go back to this location. The parking in the back is great thou for...
Read moreI come here five times a week amounting to $100 per week. I order the same thing every day: the large superfood bowl. Today I ordered my bowl at about 9:18am. The confirmation email stated I would have it by 9:34am. There is a new guy working at this location and he doesn’t know the menu items. After waiting much too long he handed me a bowl with peanut butter and almonds. Neither one is in the superfood bowl. So I went back and told him. He then handed me what appeared to be an identical bowl. He tried to tell me I had asked for almond Butter on top but I had not. I didn’t get my bowl until 10am. Two other customers waited as long as I did. We were all frustrated. This is unacceptable. A new trainee who doesn’t know what he’s doing cannot be left alone to handle the morning rush. Levi is usually there and she’s amazing! And there are others who work here in the mornings who are great. This guy didn’t even apologize for his...
Read moreI love the food here, the smoothie bowls and the panini pressed wraps. But this location is barely operational sometimes.
They're short-staffed, often with just one person, and you can't even talk to them when they are in the back making food. Order ahead, or you may have to wait a long time.
The Mountain View location hasn't upgraded to the payment system that allows you to use Vitality Bowls gift cards, so the money I spent on one was wasted.
Last time I went, the microwave was on the fritz, so they couldn't heat the food that I had ordered, and the employee didn't know how to refund my online order.
Another time, they forgot to read the customizations I had selected in the app, so my kid was upset when his bowl had the wrong toppings.
If the owner would just spend a little more money on operations, this place...
