Iāve been to two other Feng Chaās in the Bay Area and I think this one is my new favorite.
I tried a new drink, not my usual order, and it wasnāt what I was expecting, I sheepishly walked back in and asked if there was any way they would remake my drinkā¦my old local Feng Cha had a sign that said they would remake your drink if you didnāt like it for any reason.
The young guy behind the counter was SUPER polite and I could tell he was unsure what to do.
Apparently this Feng Cha does not have a policy to remake your drink, but despite that he agreed to remake mine. And he even apologized to ME two times š® (his mama raised him right!)
At one point all three people behind the counter were helping me order another drink that they thought I would like moreā¦
Obviously, it was not their fault that I didnāt like my drink, but they went out of their way to be easy-going, well mannered, and have great customer service.
I am a bit of a Feng Cha enthusiast (they didnāt know that), I have the app, 5000 loyalty points, and at one point I was getting 7 drinks per week from my local Feng Cha š, but I think Iām gonnaā start coming to this one now!
Great drinks, great customer service, nice and...

To start with, the Cookies & Cream Milk Tea is one of my favorite drinks from any bubble tea shop. The tea, foam, and Oreo come together so well. I also like the boba, as it has good texture and the right amount of flavor. I'm not a usual fruit tea drinker, but the Summer Melon's blend of oolong tea, watermelon, and lemon juice was very refreshing after a hot day.
Feng Cha also has fun seasonals, and unlike other chains they are not afraid of chocolate! In the fall I enjoyed the Dirty Chai's blend of chai and milk; in the cold months, the Tea Cocoa and Pretzel Cocoa are appreciated twists on the standard hot cocoa.
A note on sugar: the drinks seem to lean on the sweeter side, so while I can tolerate 75-100%, most people might prefer 50% or less.
Other than the drinks, I like the clean but still natural aesthetic of the store, and the service is pretty smooth. I've also noticed the prices seem a bit lower than the competition, which is impressive given...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of my favorite fruit tea selections -- lots of options. If you choose "no sugar" there will be no syrup but still lots of pulp. Also offered at a very reasonable price (for the bay area) even without the 20% soft opening discount. Highly recommended!
Staff is very friendly and generally well trained. Only minor complaint is that the ice levels didn't match what I ordered for...
