We decided to have an untraditional Thanksgiving lunch at work and everybody asked for Burgers ,and placed an online delivery order. To avoid the chaos of large orders based on past experiences, and the fact that Habit is not accepting orders over $175 ,I split the lunch order for 30 people into three separate orders at different times, all through Dishdash. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare.
Here’s what happened: Order Mix-Up: Two of the orders arrived, but it wasn’t clear which order numbers they belonged to. A large portion of food was missing, and because the orders were mixed up, we couldn’t determine which items were missing from which order. Poor Communication: Neither customer service nor corporate was reachable. While half of my employees were waiting, I had to drive to the restaurant, only to find two big bags of food sitting there—cold. DoorDash Blame Game: When I asked for the store manager, she blamed DoorDash. However, two major issues came from Habits: • Any DoorDash driver was handed random bags without confirming which order they belonged to. • The restaurant had my phone number but didn’t bother contacting me to let me know about the $250 worth of food sitting there. Order Errors: • I specifically added ketchup to all the fries orders, but none was included. The manager claimed it wasn’t on my order, even though I could see it was. • Instead of receiving two extra cheeseburgers, we got two extra Impossible Burgers instead.
Ultimately, 30 people ended up eating lunch an hour and a half late—with cold food and fries. As a director, I felt embarrassed and unprofessional in front of the employees, due to how poorly this was handled. Read moreThis don’t deserve even a single star. Worst customer service at Grant. Ordered and paid everything online and the perk is 1 free burger. Back home, so dissapointed to see incomplete items. They did not include the drinks and free burger. I went back then the unwelcoming and rude manager said I don’t have free burger since I did not paid for the other Char burger which was clearly paid on my receipt online. They even let me stay for half an hour just to wait for a free burger and 3 drinks. I did not hear any apologies from them for the incomplete order that I get. They don’t care if I go back just to pick up missing items and patiently waited half an hour for their incompetence and worst customer service. They really took their time for making 1 burger and 3 drinks!!
Bonus: Beware because the burgers was so cold just like the staffs and the rude manager. Patties are super salty, breads and buns are so rock hard and cold. Tried once and will not come back again.

Read moreThe girl at the register "Lolly" has 0 customer service skills and should not be solo manning the front counter. Did not greet me when I walked in. Did not offer service even though I stood at the counter. Gave me someone else's order (I saw it and gave it back). Then tells me my order isn't ready yet so I sit down in clear view of the register and wait another 20 minutes (from placing my order 10 minutes prior) and watch her give order after order out. I asked her does she have mine and she rudely responds, what's the name? Turns out it was ready sitting on the counter already but she didn't call the name or number out that she did with the orders placed after me but given out before me. Then says under her breath that I had to come up to the counter and ask for it. I was already late at that
Fast food should never take 30 min to get cold food from folks that should not be working service or with people.
I'm in the plaza several times a week. Will opt for In n Out burgers or Von's chicken...
