I’m not sure why I have not posted a review about this park. We’ve been coming to this park for almost 8 years. There’s ample shade from the trees and the play structures are great. There are two play structures- one for 2-5 and the other for older children. There is a small sand area to play in. You can see your child from any angle from within the park. There are no bathrooms at this park, since it’s a small neighborhood park.

One of my favorite parks for the kids. "Mariposa"-themed, i.e. butterfly in Spanish, so look for all the butterfly motives. Two play structures, one for young toddlers. Sand-pit has built-in water saving faucet (spring-loaded) which is so fun for the kids. Many sitting areas for adults, and picnic tables too. Large lawn area for spreading out.

Parking is tricky as Mariposa Ave is narrow and some residents also park...

A charming little park with lovely butterfly-themed decorations. we stayed with a friend who lives nearby, and you can always hear the laughter (and occasional tears) of kids who don’t want to leave a clear sign of how much fun they’re having! Just be prepared with earplugs and tissues when it’s...
