Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Mountain View

I think this is the one inside Nob Hill Supermarket. Staff are friendly and make efforts to remember your favorite drink. Quality of drinks is high. Because of relatively lower volume vs box stores, they sometimes need to do a quick pour over, but no big deal. Baked goods section is nothing to write home about, but... they've conveniently placed the boxed muffins etc right by door, so you can get what you want, ring everything up at Peets counter and eat/drink on premise or outside with more tables/chairs. I like Peet's Coffee. It's an alternative to Starbucks. Both of these organizations are large corporate ones so you get a consistent level of quality when you purchase your coffee drinks at them. There is no doubt that Peet's is successful. I think their espresso roast is a little darker than Starbucks but they are very similar. I like Peet's and Starbucks...

Pre ordered ahead of time only to find out that they did not start my order until I came in the store to pay. Not valuing my time and treating me like some kind of scammer. Will not be giving this company my business anymore....
