Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

One of the things that I like the most about stores like Ross is all of the small and unique items that you probably wouldn't find at larger stores. Oftentimes these are in the decor sections, furniture, and knickknacks. They had a bunch of fun items in the seasonal Halloween section that was set up. Quirky and fun home decor things such as glass heads were very interesting.

There's plenty of parking in the shared lot for the store. There is nearby accessible handicap parking as well as handicap accessible entry doors that are automated.

I love Ross. But it's very disappointing when Ross employees are not properly educated in customer service.Especially regarding Ross credit card usage. They need training on these things because they cause a huge inconvenience to customers' shopping experience. I called the company regarding this issue at hand and was told that the cashier could have looked up my account with my state identification. Was trying on shoes till a manager came by and felt it was more important to move me to clean a mirror. Trying to look busy and brushing trash under clothes racks. While the store is slammed at the registers with customers. He noticed the back up on registers and asks for a lady to go on register.
