Five Below — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

Nice store but the employees are very rude. They try and force you to do self checkout and give you a snobby face when you want them to check you out instead. I do not like self check outs. They aren’t paying me to work there or giving me a discount so why would I want to check myself out? They literally just stand there all day and don’t really do real work. It’s sad. The girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her to scan my items, like she’s supposed to do, at the job she was hired for. Think I’ll just take my business back to the one in Wyomissing instead since this new one that was built is absolutely useless and pointless. What a huge disappointment !!!!!!! Never again will...

I think the worst thing is them stocking during the day. Its not like they bring out a small cart. They bring out big carts that are blocking the already small areas as you shop. It almost feels like your in their way by shopping. Also checking out is always a nightmare. First you gotta figure out which machine is open. It can be a little overwhelming for folks with sensory issues. The music is extremely loud. Very bright lights. Tons of kids (having a good time, as kids should).
