Had an amazing experience in choosing GarlicJim's for my work anniversary party today. It was a large order with a variety of items. I called it in 24 hrs in advance. Peter graciously took my order and assisted me on selections to get the most bang for my budget. He was friendly and very efficient. When I came to pick up the order, I was immediately greeted by their friendly team, who planned perfectly to have everything hot and ready, and the cold items were very nicely chilled and even helping me to my car with the order. My team raved about how awesome and fresh the food was. Just a superior experience with both the quality of the food and the prompt, friendly customer service, and the variety of food options for feeding (and pleasing) a large group. This is the pizza joint the family and I always go to (from the east coast, fyi). The pizza and service is great! I will select Garlic Jim's over many other places in the area. Recently my wife placed a to-go order and it was incorrect when I arrived to pick the order up from getting off work. It was not ready because of items they ran out of. They offered to correct it with another item, but I did not want to wait. About an hour after I got home from trying to pick up the order. Scott the owner of the store gave me a call to apologize for what had happened. He corrected everything and apologized for what had happened. My favorite pizza place here in Mukilteo. They’re always kind and polite, fast and efficient. Ordering Garlic Jim’s online was challenging, it’d automatically send me to the one in mills creek I believe. My order would be for pickup. I went in to get my order only to find that note order was placed at this Garlic Jims. They went through my phone and help me figure out what the issue was. I didn’t want to drive that far to go pick up a pizza when I was at Garlic Jims not even two minutes from my house. So they called the other store cancel that order filled my order for me and out of the kindness of their hearts they gave me a discount for the hardship.
