I had very high expectations for this place. I came here for the first time to attend a work meeting online in my laptop but the rooms were reserved. Some very nice lady told me I could use one of the classrooms for a bit because in 1 hour they had an event there. 20 minutes later, some rude older employee comes in and rudely disturbs my meeting telling me i had to get out in 30 minutes, I told her I was aware of that and I will leave even before that time, so I continued with my meeting. She leaves and that same lady comes back 5 min later to tell me the exact same thing again. And doesn’t leave this time and starts accusing me of trespassing even though I asked for permission. She wanted to know the name of the person that gave me permission in the middle of my meeting. So rude!!! I already explained myself and she still insisted on interrupting my work meeting causing me to look bad in front of my managers for not paying attention. I told her I am in an important meeting. And she said “thats too bad for you…” I had to leave to continue the meeting in my car because she was being so extremely rude! Noone was out waiting or anything at all was going on. There's no "balance here." Your response is entirely unappreciated and I wish staff like you would be replaced with responsible adults. Thanks so much! I was thinking of visiting this library but it sounds too loud and disruptive and whoever they have responding to these reviews is highly dismissive of patrons multiple comments that this is not appreciated. Stop waving away people's concerns with disruptions and do something about it. You want to hang out and socialize with friends go to a cafe, play field, or friend's house. Want to actually use a library to read, study, contemplate, then use the library. The first, one can do any where. The second, one can only do at the library.
It looks like using the library as a "vibrant" "community" space, which are just terms for too loud and obnoxious, is fairly recent. You need to do your job, get out of denial, and fix the noise problems at...

She complained about a mess which was fairly easy to clean up, and was the only duration in our project of which we would use clay, in addition we were almost done with it. Alongside this, it was a very minimal mess. I have come to this library before and seen multiple people do projects without being escorted out, meanwhile me and my friends couldn’t even finish ours and was kicked out. I’ve heard many good things about this library, but I was shocked by the level of disrespect. Will NEVER be...
