Our family loves Culver’s, we had a gift card and we decided to use it at this location. I will not make that mistake again. The drive through person couldn’t understand the order as we placed it. I’ve never had someone ask me what I wanted on a deluxe burger. It speaks for itself. When we paid I had the gift card and change to cover the rest. The person took it and said, okay. Like why did they give me this. The order was $26.21, we had a $25.00 gift card. We gave them the gift card and $10.00 plus .21 cents. They then gave us back the gift card with$ 9.00 on it instead of the change and my spouse had to explain why we gave them change to cover the amount over the gift card amount. I asked for an unsweetened tea and received sweet tea. I also asked for a deluxe single burger value basket and received a single burger with cheese, mustard, ketchup and pickle. Ever since I found out about Culver's concrete mixers, I have been addicted! The service has always been great. The food has always been great. However, the only issue that I have had was when I ordered a salad. The salad was delicious. I took about three bites, and found a little black hair in my salad.. now I don't have black hair, and it was clearly in the salad when I purchased it. So instead of going back across town I waited until the next day and I told the cashier that there was a hair in my salad. He went and got the manager and the manager as for my receipt. Well I obviously didn't have it I told him that I was just merely letting him know about the issue and I wasn't expecting a replacement he apologized however I am a regular customer and I feel like he thought I was wanting something for free and that was not the case.
