McDonald's — Restaurant in Muncie

Don't go early morning. This is the closest one to my house so when I get breakfast I stop there. I don't complain often but this is getting ridiculous.

Lately I have been having to be out early so I get there before all the other traffic.

Today I ordered a number 2 (sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and drink). I was the only customer at the time. What I got was a bagel not mcmuffin. Plus the hash brown was cold.

Two days ago I go through and order a root beer light ice again the only car at 4 am. I got a coke heavy ice.

They are extremely slow. I have sat in drive thru while they take 2-3 cars in the other lane on several occasions "because they have a broken headset " according to the manager. If it's broken why continue using it?

They no longer have the concept of fast food. Waits at drive thru are typically 5 minutes or longer. This seems to be corporate wide at least in indiana. They have multiple spots to park vehicles and don't seem to have the capacity to park the cars as they wait. I myself have been told that it will be a few minutes for an iced coffee or a special order but they don't park me. I have asked if I should pull up so that they can lelo the line moving and have been told no then waited several minutes at the drive through window while 5 spots stand empty. It makes no sense to me. Why have so many spots to park vehicles while they wait if you're not going to use them and make the whole drive thru wait as well?

This seems to be an ongoing issue for the whole corporate. I travel for work throughout the state of Indiana and even into Ohio. I run into these issues at every McDonald's I stop at.

I do understand that they are busy and things slip through, however, this is constantly happening not only to me but several people I know. It is at various McDonald's throughout the state and even Ohio so it's not a district issue or anything it's a corporate issue. I hear people complain about service at various McDonald's constantly.

The McDonald's on East Mcgalliard is not the worst in muncie, that goes to Madison Street. The best is the one on West Mcgalliard though there are the same issues there as...

Recently I ordered here through the mobile app around 3:30am because I work night shift. I ordered off of their dinner menu, and was aware that they stop serving dinner after 4:00am. I arrived literally a minute or two past 4:00am, and told them I had a mobile order. I was hoping they might allow me to get my food even though I was a little past the time considering I had ordered before 4:00am. They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the “resources” to make what I ordered. As they were talking to me asking me if I wanted anything off of the breakfast menu, I say no, and they used a rude tone throughout this conversation. I just went to this McDonald’s again tonight. I arrived around 2:00am to retrieve my mobile order, and I come up to the speaker to tell them. They tell me that they are only accepting DoorDash orders right now. If you look online at this McDonald’s location it says that they are open, which is misleading, and there were no indicators of them technically being closed. There were also no other cars in line and they could have served me. This is the second time in a row that I have not received my food from this McDonald’s. I am working tonight, and have no time to get food from anywhere else. So, I advise that if anyone goes here, to expect that you may not get your food or it may not be how...
