Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Muncie

It looks like Popeyes is going to join Church’s chicken that just went out of business McGalliard. Same thing happened. First visit was great. Second visit the order was wrong and everything but the biscuits were cold. There are plenty of chicken restaurants to choose from. If you keep your chicken fresh people will come. I ordered 10pc family. Chicken was under warm and that creates a grease taste and film at the roof of your mouth. Also ordered red beans and rice. Love that stuff. Also ordered fries. I got a double order of cold soggy Cajun fries and no red beans and rice. I wouldn’t have complained about two orders of red beans and rice even if they were cold. Could have heated them up and poured them over buttered hot biscuits. So I was just totally disappointed. Several people were standing and chit chatting. Probably should have got busy making a fresh batch of chicken. Your food cost doesn’t mean squat if you are chasing off your customers with nasty chicken. First off I was so happy I didnt have to drive to Anderson or wait for work trips to get the best chicken around. I was greeted by Sara and she was awesome very warm tone in her voice and got the order right and showed true customer service. But then when I got home... I was disappointed with the chicken. It was beginning of the lunch hour so I was not expecting dry old chicken like it was at closing time. Plus we only got 2 mardigra sauces for 8 tenders. Some of us love dipping our fry in it also 😋 no honey for the biscuits also. Speaking of biscuits they were not hot at all like they were also old. I know they just opened up but that was a week ago plus it was lunch time things should have been at its peak not like it was. I placed an order September 26 online and when I came the store was close. Now that is perfectly fine. My problem is I was never given a refund. They told me I would have to contact support for a refund and support said there "best offer" was a 20 dollar coupon. My order was $30. So im just supposed to be okay with $10 being stolen from me? No. I want a refund. I dont understand how hard that is? I have my e-receipt. I have the time it was placed. So why cant my order just be refunded considering I never received anything.
