If I could give it 0 stars I would. I brought my family from out of town in to have lunch with me on my lunch break. We sat there over 48min waiting on our food. When the food came out the fries were soggy and cold. As we waited never once did, she stop by the table to update us or ask if we needed anything. I had to stop her and let her know I have to go back to work. She then brought my food out and said she was waiting on the wraps. I told her I'm not happy with the amount of time it took and with all that time I got cold soggy fries. She then acted as if I don't know what hot and cold is. She told me they just came out of the fryer. So, I told her to feel the fry then since you don't believe it. She had an attitude and a rude face. And said "and...". I said and I don't want them she said is there anything else and with that rude behavior I said you can have it I don't want it. I aske the other workers for the manager. She claimed she was the manager her name was Katherine. Being a business owner myself I can tell you that is not customer service in the least. Highly disappointed. I've met the owners before, and I am sure they would be ashamed of how their "manager" handled the situation. She needs to be retrained in customer service immediately! Or the other two girls on shift need to be promoted to manager because the way they approached the situations was professional in which customer service should be provided. Ordered a wrap, 10 wings and fries. Mind you, it was only 4 tables with customers in the building. It took 47 minutes, yes I timed it, for the food to come out. The fries were cold, and the wings were luke warm. Prior to the food coming out, all of the customers could hear the kitchen manager (as I was told when I asked who was yelling) yelling at the servers for inquiring about their orders. My server, who was excellent, got me new fries, and I wasn't about to wait 47 more minutes for good wings. This restaurant used to be the go-to place in Munford, no more. It's's not hard to see why there were people complaining tonight about their food, as there were others whose food was cold and not good. The problem is the kitchen manager, who obviously isn't being held to a high standard or any standard as all could obviously witness. I'm not going back to this place and waste my money. I'm going to tell all my acquaintances the same, don't waste your money! The owners have to see this. How can it not be noticed. People are walking out after not getting food in a timely manner and/or the food being cold. Read morePerson up front that greeted us was friendly and sat us at a table, brought us a high chair for our son. Our waitress brought us our drinks, took our order and then literally 35min pass by, other parties that were seated long after us had already received their food and we didn't receive ours nor were we told an update. Finally food was brought out, i requested mushrooms in my wrap and no mushrooms were in it. My son accidentally spilt his drink and employees kept walking by and didn't offer us more napkins or anything, my boyfriend had to go ask for some. 10min later napkins were brought out, they said they will mop at the end and left, didn't offer a refill or anything. We ordered a chicken tender kids meal for my son, cut the chicken in half and there was a bone in it. Not once were we given our bill or asked how were doing, we got up and went to the counter to pay.
