I get that this place is new. Been excited but they weren’t friendly at all…which being a new location that was kind of weird. It was kinda weird like i was putting the girl out for ordering food…but the worst was the checkout person insisted on giving me the wrong food. (They should use a black sharpie like other chipotles use to mark what it is) i told him twice no that bowl is mine. He said no it isnt and still put someone elses food in my bag. Finally the girl ahead of me said thats my food and my hot sauce and he still didnt believe us. Then i had a coupon for free chips and the cashier gave me chips and salsa. The manager took off like .50 cents and i still got charged for the chips. I was so frustrated. There were other mistakes and the manager was talking to two other customers that came in upset. I totally get that there’s gonna be a lot of mistakes made when you open a new location but when I tell you repeatedly that that’s my food because I’ve been watching it, go down the line and the employee keeps telling me that I’m wrong that’s very irritating. .And after a 2 nd person told him the same thing even more irritating. And being overcharged for chips that we’re supposed to be free.- I had the coupon from my app!!! Every open table to sit was dirty. So I ate outside in the rain. (When i went werent many people eating inside) That was pretty gross. And why did it take like 20 mins for each customer inside? I hope they get quicker and a little friendlier. This not only reflects a severe lack of cleanliness but also creates an unappealing environment for customers. I'm not talking about a simple "brush the crumbs off of the table...", these tables were dirty for a while and needed dried guac, shriveled up lettuce, and sour cream scrubbed/scraped off of them.
The drink station was in a deplorable state. There were only soft drinks available, as the bubblers were all empty. The station was covered with trash, and the forks were all loaded facing up... so every time a guest grabbed a fork, they touched the prongs of all of the other forks. This seems like a health violation? Curious about what the proper way to stock these is...
The food prep area behind the glass was equally concerning. It was littered with spilled food, raising serious concerns about cross-contamination. Several key food items were out of stock, including shredded cheese, fajita veggies, and steak.

Read moreI placed a mobile order at this location for 3 burrito bowls, when i arrived the employee working the drive thru window informed me most of the menu items i ordered are out of stock (white rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce) and i should contact customer service for a refund. I tried finding the number on the app and i could not find it so i did the chat with pepper. Upon doing the chat i was informed i could get a reward of free chips and guac and a free drink. Mind you, all 3 of my bowls were incorrect or missing items i wanted. So i goggled the customer service number and was told i could not be issued a refund and could only receive a reward of BOGO entrees. If just one of my meals were wrong this would be acceptable, however all 3 were incorrect and my family did not eat this food. I asked to speak to a supervisor, i believe the supervisors name was Jake. He rudely got on the phone telling me i will not be issued a refund due to the policy.
