I am very unsatisfied with my last visit to Just Love.

Let me start by saying that I really enjoy the coffee, food and atmosphere. I have been a returning customer for a long time.

But today I experienced horrible customer service. Bud took my order and we had a great conversation. I even left him a tip. When he brought me my drink I realized it was incorrect. I took it back to him (not having taken a sip from the drink because it was completely wrong so I knew better) and asked for the correct drink. Bud took the drink from my hand and proceeded to tell me a new total. Confused, I told him I’ve already paid for a drink and would like the correct one. He once again told me the new total. I offered to pay the difference as I saw that the drink I wanted was more expensive. He then told me that I said cappuccino not Frappuccino and that’s why I was being charged for a new drink. As someone who doesn’t drink hot coffee (especially in the hottest month of the year), I can guarantee to anyone that I did not say cappuccino. It was baffling that this man was willing to argue with a loyal, paying customer because he apparently has a problem listening to people based on other reviews I’ve read. Okay so the only reason that I'm giving you tw0 stars is because the matcha tea is really good and hot, and I did enjoy the Patty cakes that I had. I also did enjoy that you can technically buy or pay it forward to have someone get a free cup of coffee but it was $3.95 and a cup of coffee was only $2.95 so I didn't quite understand that. So if you have never been to this place just as an FYI anything you order comes back to you in the form of a waffle. I ordered the breakfast sliders with bacon. And I was quite disappointed because I honestly couldn't taste the egg and very rarely did I even taste the pepper jack cheese that was on it, the bacon I definitely could taste and Waffle was very dry. I felt like I just ate nothing but waffles and bacon. The total was $9.19 because instead of getting the coffee I got the matcha tea in a size 12 oz. I really don't think it's appropriate to be on your cell phone at work if it's work-related that's fine and if it's you're just shooting the breeze and showing off each other different types of videos, I think that's unprofessional and I was not asked at all how the food was. Usually a pleasant experience where we order our “usual”. But this morning, goodness. First, the rude cashier tells me that you don’t sell half orders of Bacon Taters. As seen in the picture below, it’s still on your menu hanging in your restaurant. The very menu that people look at to order. So 🤷‍♀️. Put a piece of tape over it. Come on. Secondly, I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon. Received it without bacon. Told the same rude cashier who responded “I’ll tell the kitchen”. Ten minutes pass and nothing. So 🤷‍♀️ and we ate a cold grilled cheese. Boyfriend goes and gets his latte and the barista essentially yells at him and says “That’s not yours” to the coffee mug he was grabbing for. Apparently his latte was in the to go cup even though we stated we were eating inside. So 🤷‍♀️. And finally, he wanted to buy K cups with our food order, but the rude cashier never charged him so we had to go back up to the counter and make sure he rang them up. Good thing we are honest folks.

So essentially, your staff needs a little “tough love” at this location to be honest. Never ever had this issue at the other location in Murfreesboro. We LOVE it there and are quite shocked at the behavior and lack of service and/or caring with the staff at...
