I came here the other night cause me and my family were in the mood for some good ice cream. When I walked in, I was greeted and was helped almost immediately. But the girl who served me (I'm assuming shes new cause I've never seen her there before) was acting like she was clueless. I asked for a brownie sundae for my mom, no problem. I asked for a banana split for my stepdad, not only was the banana very small, but then she asked me what toppings I wanted on the split. I don't eat banana splits so I don't really know what toppings go on them, but this is the first time anyone has ever asked me what toppings I wanted on a banana split. Usually when I order one, they just know how to make it and give it to me. The ice cream scoops in the split were also the size of a ping pong ball, way too small. And lastly, I said I wanted a small cookies n cream milkshake. I looked in the case beforehand, there was just enough for a small shake, but she tried to tell me there wasn't enough for a shake. I politely said there was enough for a small one and even if it didn't fill the cup up entirely I would still pay full price for it. She still would not make me the milkshake, if I was asking for a medium or large, she would be right, but I wanted a small one. I've made milkshakes many times at several of my previous jobs, I know what I'm talking about when I say there was just enough for a small shake. No matter what I said and no matter how much I tried (I was very polite too, not rude), she literally refused to make me the small cookies n cream milkshake. I really didn't feel like arguing with her all night about it, so I finally said screw it and asked for a chocolate chip milkshake. It was good, but not what I wanted. I also watched her make it and she put too much milk in it, so my shake was a little too liquidy, the ice cream separated from the milk, and melted very quickly. I considered the thought that she was probably trying to save the last few scoops of cookies n cream ice cream for herself when she got off, but I'm drawing a blank. I was very disappointed in the experience I got from this girl. I hope she gets more experience in the place and learns what toppings go on which sundaes/splits and learns the perfect balance of icecream to milk for shakes, but I really hope next time I get served by...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in there to order my daughter's birthday cake and the employee who helped me couldn't even take my order cause he told me he was afraid to mess it up. So I went back in the next day and Alice took my order. She told me she wouldn't be the one to make my daugher's cake cause she wasn't working that day but the guy who would be making it had 2 years experience. I repeatedly told her I wanted it to look just like the picture. She tried to get me pay right then. I told her no I would pay after I saw the cake. Well when I went to pick up my daughter's cake another girl tried to make me pay before I saw the cake. I told her no I wasn't going to give them a penny until I saw the cake. And I am so glad I didn't give them my money! The cake looked NOTHING like the picture! It was suppose to be a watermelon cake cut into 3 pieces. 2 small ones like watermelon slices and one large one like a half a watermelon. Instead they tried to give me 4 crooked slices with the icing all diagonal. It was terrible. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he decorated it like that cause his boss told him to. I told him it looked NOTHING like the picture and he just kept repeating his boss told him to decorate it like that. Finally he offered to redo the cake and told me to come back in a hour. Well if he had 2 days to make my cake and it looked that bad how good could he do in a hour? I never got a sorry or anything. He couldn't have cared less. So I ended up going to Target to get my daughter's birthday cake. If you want a professionally decorated cake don't go to this...

It's sad that a store I've rated highly is such a disappointment. The service & quality received in person is very different than the service & quality received when you place an online pickup or delivery order. I have ordered in person at this store & I always get great service with quality & quantity of ice cream I pay for; however, the same cannot be said for orders placed for pick up or delivery. I have placed several orders thinking maybe it was a one time or rare occurrence, but it is a regular issue. I can choose to go to other ice cream places, but am a loyal customer & sadly they have lost my loyalty. I wish I had taken a picture of the ice cream I've received when ordering in the store vs what I receive when we're not in store. You definitely receive a noticeable difference in the amount of ice cream, when you're not ordering in person. As you can see in the pictures, normally you could see the scoops of ice cream...
