Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Murphy

This is ridiculous, get it together. I ordered a pan of fries, and 25 tailgates and payed 46.96! I asked for plates because we are on the road and the muslim girl looked at me stupid and smirked by responding that she wasn’t sure if she could do that. Seriously? On top of that you’re laughing as if I’m playing with you. Then y’all take forever to get my order out, while others aren’t taking as long. When I finally got my food, I noticed I got charged for a pan of 25 tailgates and ONE order of fries. REALLY? A bucket of fries and a pan of fries for those who aren’t aware of what it means is 5 orders of fries in a pan. My understanding it’s cheaper but I guess it’s not a thing anymore because then I ordered 4 more of fries, I got charged $11 more 😡😡😡 and received them in individual boxes. 🙄 now that was a waist of inventory all y’all had to do was get a pan and put the fries, y’all made it an issue by saying you didn’t know if I could get 5 plates, but then waist inventory by handing over 4 boxes. Which defeats the purpose of why I order a PAN OF FRIES. I’m feeding a big family you limit less food with 4 boxes when I pretty much just invested $55 on y’all. After receiving bad service from a neighboring restaurant I then went to Canes to eat before work. Upon entry usually you will get a employee that will greet you or talk with you. Not in this case. The heavy set lady with short hair and glasses did not say a word to me after I said to her " how are you doing" and quickly just said something like "what do you want to order". I ordered my meal and the same lady brought me my food and I replied " thank you" and she just walked away. I sat there watching other young employees and how they reacted to customers (which they did great-greeting them). I asked a young lady if that older non speaking was a manager and she said yes. I then asked her if the other male in light blue shirt was also a manager and she said yes. I asked to speak to him and he eventually came over without saying his name and I explained what I experience and also noticed by observation. He said he would pass along to her about this and had to walk away. My concern again that she was a manager and not showing no people skills in and around her work environment. Love Raising Cane's, but this location is one of the worst fast food establishments I have ever been to. Super long and slow line. Finally place my order and the lady cuts off and never repeats my order or gives me a total. I have to say "Hello??" a few times and she comes back on like I was a new customer. Finally arrive to the window and I was told to hold on a minute. A girl was counting out 20 dollar bills and had the cash register open for several minutes while they took money out to drop it. NOT safe and not something you should be doing in the middle of a busy line. She asked if I ordered a 3 count meal and had NO idea what my original order was. I had to repeat it, and of course, they did not catch all of the specifics from before...extra sauces, 1/2 and 1/2 tea, etc. They have to remake the drinks and get sauces 'on the fly' and switch food from different bags. Assured me my sauces were in the bag and, and of course they were not. This store needs some serious training and overhaul. I will be taking my business down the street to...
