We ordered several items, one of which was a build your own pasta with alfredo, cheese, tomatoes and spinach for someone that does not eat meat. When we received our delivery, the pasta wss a plain chicken alfredo. When I called the restaurant & spoke to a driver named Tyler, who was a new employee, the cook told him that "all alfredos come with chicken" and I didn't specify it with no meat. I said that absolutely isn't true, it was a build your own pasta. And if that was the case, why weren't any of the other toppings we selected on the pasta. Clearly. the cook didn't want to admit that he made it incorrectly.
I was then told that in order to get the correct item, I would need to bring the uneaten chicken alfredo back and they would make me the item that I ordered,. They wouldn't accept a photo of the incorrect item to prove that the it was their mistake. Why in the hell would I pay a $4.99 delivery charge plus a tip, just to turn around and drive my very unhappy ass to dominoes to get the food that I ordered??? If that truly is the policy of this location, then I will make sure to never patronize any dominos owned by this franchise owner again in the future, since customer service clearly isn't the top of their agenda. This isn't a case of the customer is always right. This is a case of the customer can prove they are right, but the restaurant doesn't want to own up to...
Read moreI walked into the store around 9 pm on August 13th, and the place was completely empty, except for two attendants—one tall, the other short. I stood by the register, waiting to be acknowledged, but they were too busy talking to each other, not paying any attention to me.
After what felt like an eternity, the shorter guy finally came over to the register. He didn’t greet me, didn’t even look at me. I told him I wanted to place an order and inquired about an online deal I’d seen. His response was curt: "You have to order online," and then he just turned around and walked away.
I stood there, waiting, expecting some sort of follow-up, maybe a question about whether I wanted to place an order there instead. But nothing. He just ignored me. After about a minute, he finally looked back at me, and when I expressed my frustration, instead of trying to help, he started arguing with me about what I had done wrong. He even raised his voice, and then, unbelievably, he told his coworker, "I don’t want to deal with him. You take him."
All I had said was that he never asked if I wanted to place an order. Instead of addressing my concern or offering any help, he walked away from me, leaving me to wonder what on earth was wrong with this guy. The lack of customer service was appalling, and I walked out, vowing...
Read moreI ordered from this dominos a few days ago for my daughter and I. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza around 10:30ish PM. After we ate we went to bed and the next morning I felt a bit sick then I started throwing up really bad. I ended up spending the next two days puking and unable to leave the toilet. I actually ended up sleeping in my bathroom I have never had food poisoning this bad before. Luckily my two year old daughter didn’t eat as much as me and she just got super bad diarrhea for the two days we were sick. I called the store to let them know that their chicken is probably bad and was kinda just brushed off. The kid told me “let me get a manager” then after that I was told “we are busy let me call you back”. At that point I didn’t even want a refund just wanted to let them know they had bad food. They hung up on me right after saying that and I waited two days for them to never call me back. I ended up explaining the situation to my bank and got the charges disputed. But this place didn’t even have the slightest concern about making people sick. My husband and I both work at a hospital and I know 100 percent this was food poisoning. Just a heads up this location does not care about the quality...
