Date of service; Saturday 2/15/2020 4:00pm Murray Utah location

We have been to this location many many times and normally we have a great experience and great service, we have never recieved as horrible service as we did this time, they were pretty busy and I get that but that's still no excuse for how bad this time was. We were seated on the patio infront of the window that looks into the restaurant and is next to the door.

We were there for almost an hour and a half and only got one refill on our drinks, and to get that we had to ask the girl that seated us because our server just up and disappeared , she was gone over 40 minutes and after the other tables cleared out we were her only table so there is absolutely no excuse. In total we had spicy chicken, both kinds of steak, top sirloin, ham, and sausage they brought all of the above twice and the sausage once in the hr and half we were sitting there, at one point they just stopped bringing it back to us until the manager helper came back and asked if everything was ok and we told him no, we hadnt had any meats in almost a half hr, but each item passed us 3-4 times.it was so bad we almost just left money on the table and walked out. We were never once offered tenderloin, pork sirloin, pineapple, regular chicken or bacon wrapped chicken. And the only reason we got the second serving of the things we got was because the helper went up and told them there are still people on the patio (even though they could see we were sitting there) The salad bar was horrible, there was barely any salad and most of the hot foods were gone so we couldn't even fill up on that. This meal was definitely NOT worth the $64 we paid for 2 people and the server did NOT deserve a single penny for a tip but we gave her one anyway, we got ripped off This totally ruined our Valentine's celebration and changed this from our favorite restaurant to making us not want to go back. We will definitely NOT be returning for quite a...

Brasa Grill has some really great potential, but has been slowly declining over the last few years. For the most part, the food is very good, but recently it seems like they are taking short cuts or focusing more on making the place look fancy than on providing actual quality Brazilian Cuisine.

The last time we visited Brasa Grill the "fresh" fruit salad was largely made up of obviously canned fruits and fruit cocktail juice, the pão de queijo was hollow bread that looked and tasted little it had been mixed up in a blender and then baked in cupcake trays (not cheesy at all), and most of the meat we were served wasn't even typical Brazilian meat cuts. I don't know why, but it seems like there is a trend among the Brazilian restaurants around here is to now include different styles of meats that having nothing to do with Brazil. Maybe it's an attempt to cater to a wider audience? Whatever it is, they are not doing themselves any good if their goal is to provide an authentic Brazilian cuisine experience here in the states. It was especially frustrating for us to wait for quite a long time before being offered a typical Brazilian meat cut.

On a plus note, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is largely Brazilian which adds the over all experience in my opinion. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the food is pretty good and does actually have some Brazilian flavor to it when prepared well.

I would highly recommend on focusing on providing a unique and authentic Brazilian culinary experience and investing in producing quality food without the extra fluff that ultimately just takes a way from the experience. Brazilian food is already unique and delicious without adding extra things that distract from it.

Prices have gone up here just like almost every where else so make sure you come hungry and ready...

Tried Braza Grill right tonight on recommendation from my Brazilian friend. It's like Tucanos or Rodizio Grill but less Americanized.

You know how you go on a cruise and they have a place to wash your hands before you eat? They have that, you're asked to do that before you go in.

They had a variety of meat they bring around to you. Ham (my favorite), different types of chicken (the spicy chicken wasn't spicy but it was really good), sausage, steak and pork. They also have grilled pineapple which was one I didn't like as much as how they do it Tucanos.

My husband really liked it and I did but I unexpectedly loved some of the salad bar dishes more than the rest. Usually I don't get much of that besides rice and beans. Usually the meat is why I'm there. I was way too full to try everything.

I was proud of myself for trying fried yucca, which didn't have much flavor. The cheese bread bites were pillowy and delicious. I wanted to eat more, but no more room.

I got a Brazilian limeade and I liked that it wasn't too sweet. I usually need to water down specialty drinks but not this one.

The salad bar is smaller but has a lot to choose from still. I loved the artichoke hearts (bigger yummy pieces), broccoli gratin, mashed potatoes, not too silky and rich, I wonder what type of potatoes they use.

Rice and black beans - esp the pinto beans were perfect, I wish I lived closer and could get some to go.

The staff was so down to earth and friendly. They have a few locations but it doesn't have a chain/corporate feel.

It was a comfortable, laid back vibe. It was full and louder atmosphere without feeling crowded. We were spaced out but it felt like a community. I liked that.

You should get a photo taking the bull by his horns. That and eat well! You shouldn't...

This place is so awesome! They just keep bringing me more & more meat every couple of minutes... pork, chicken, sausage, beef tenderloin, spicy chicken, smoked everything... Brazilian BBQ pineapple... I didn't even have room for the salad bar where they have many different varieties of salads along with many types of vegetables and potatoes boiled, or mashed, and augratin broccoli..., fresh fruits, fruit salad... I can die happy now! They just came around with my favorite, the smoked pork..., I really have to leave now. To top it all off, it's June, and apparently on this day in June, it's a Brazilian holiday, so behind the building they had a huge Festival going on. With delicious Brazilian music and much more food being prepared before your eyes. They had a climbing wall, fun houses for the kids, ice cream and churros and a live band. It was so very nice to stumble upon that today of all days. Looks like you'll probably have to wait till next year to partake in that event. What a great evening.
