Matt B's Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Murray

I used to love this place. Matt Bs has definitely gone down hill. Poor night management and rude service. I've been a loyal customer since the doors opened but I'm now done will Matt Bs. Over the last year there has been dozens of incidents where I couldn't get pizza. The last 3 times I've been in I left without food. Two weeks ago I had to go in to order 3 slices of pizza because they wont answer the phone. They said it would be 15 minutes. I paid and left to pick up other food for my kid. When I returned they had given my pizza away and had no pizza to replace it. Last night I went in at 6:15 because they won't answer the phone. They had 3 slices of veggie and stated they weren't cooking anymore pizza because they close at 7. Absolutely Ridiculous! I dont recommend Matt Bs at all anymore and it's a shame because it's the best pizza around. Today I called to order pizza and they're not open or answering the phone. The food is delicious and the portions are HUGE and affordable, definitely worth the price in size. Service is great, especially, when Matt B is there. I wasn’t a big fan my first time there, 2 years ago. But after my second time eating there, I’m addicted and can’t get enough of Matt B’s! We’ve been eating there at minimum once a month, for 2 years. I swear they put something in the cheese! It’s the best pizzeria I’ve ever been to, and one of the best restaurants in Murray, in my opinion. I didn’t think to write a review in 2 years, and the last time I was there, they gave me and my boyfriend a extra pizza and cheese stick because they were too small to sell. Amazing! Matt B's Pizza in Murray, KY, is AMAZING!! There isn't another pizza place in all of Western Kentucky that is even comparable with Matt B's. I love the ham and pineapple pizza, the meat house pizza and the veggie pizza, along with bread sticks. Don't forget the honey butter!!! The calzones are also out of this world. You can order a whole pizza as well as by the slice. They don't hold back with ingredients either, which btw, are very high quality, the slices of pizza are huge and and they are extremely generous with toppings. The restaurant itself has a really cool vibe. Matt B's is not only the best Pizza you'll ever eat it's also an overall great experience when you dine in. Matt B's alone is worth going to Murray!!
