Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Murrieta

Love that they built this so much closer to my home! My Husband loves their grilled chicken nuggets, they're always juicy and cooked to perfection. I generally get the chicken wrap which is amazing and they have different dressings to go with but personally, I love putting the polynesian sauce on the wrap.

They're so friendly! A couple days ago we went here for an early lunch and they informed us some it was still technically breakfast hours the grilled nuggets would take about 15 minutes. Since we hardly get chick-fil-a we were ok with this wait. So they parked us out front. It took a little longer than the 15 minutes, which was fine , but when the nice lady came out with our food she told us she threw in a cookie for it taking longer than expected, which was so sweet but she didn't have to! So, per usual I check the order and see that an order of fries is missing so my husband and I went in and we were greeted with a smile. We explained something was forgotten and I believe she was the manager, was very apologetic and ran back to get us fresh fries and also threw in a cookie. We told her it was really ok, she didn't have to give us anything but she insisted.

I've always enjoyed the service and eating at this restaurant.. but the past 2 visits have anything but a pleasure! Most recently I took my daughter and a friend here for lunch on Wednesday. We got 2 kids meals and of course a grown up meal.. as we ordered the kids meals there was no mention of choice for "the special surprise" in the kids meals from the cashier nor the sign on soda machine for the kids meal... after we were all finished we went to the counter to get the girls thier ice cream cone(as we had done in the past) the cashier asked if we had our toys to exchange ? We had given them to other kids that were there... I told the cashier what we had done.. she said well you can't get get the ice cream without the exchange for the toy... the girls were bummed. I told the cashier why I wasn't asked when ordering of the choices . She simply didn't have an answer.. I ask to speak to a manager.. when she can over she told me that the toy exchange for an ice cream wasn't posted it was simply hear say! I was taken back by her response... so I'm just supposed to know store policy by hear say... it made me laugh... at the end of it all the girls got ice cream and I am currently informed and well understand the hear say police of the...

Chick-fil-A provides consistently excellent service. Our orders have never been wrong in the last two years, which is incredible, seeing the busy pace of the location. The food also always has the same amazing quality.
