The food is usually good, but this location is a joke. They have forgot items in my order multiple times.
First few times it happened I didn’t do anything about it. I know we’re all human and mistakes happen. But it continued to happen on multiple occasions and I was finally fed up with paying money for food I don’t receive. I went back the same week to order more food gave them my receipt from my previous visit and asked them if they could add on the sandwich that was forgotten from that order. The lady did so without a problem, but I got home only to realize they forgot my son’s order this time. I immediately called them but no one answered. Called over and over again with no answer. So fed up by this point I just drove back and asked to speak to a manger. The girl at the front register went to go get her for me and came back to tell me she was in the middle of something right now but would come up shortly. Waited about 10 minutes mins and the girl noticed I was still waiting so went a second time to get the manager for me. Came back to tell me she’s still busy but would be up soon… again. Waited another 5 minutes— still no manager. I finally just walked out. I had all the intention of calling HR on the situation, but then I decided I didn’t want to give this any more of my time. Money talks louder and I will not be giving this company any more of mine.
Unfortunate because I like the food and so do my kids (only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1) so we eat here often. Guess we have to find a...
Read moreVery dissatisfied, I ordered on line for delivery, it was delivered in a timely manner with door dash. When I checked my order I was missing a sandwich so I called to let them know and they had me on hold for awhile and had to keep putting me on hold , then told me I would have to come in they would not deliver it or have it delivered. I went in and they refused to refund me the delivery charge said I would have to go thru door dash even though it wasn't their fault. All they would say is either "we can remake your sandwich or refund your money, not both" the manager Erica offered either a 99 cent pastry or a drink, all I wanted was my delivery charge refunded and my sandwich. Erica kept trying to blame door dash and I told her several times it wasn't doordash fault, at this time another customer put her 2 cents in and Erica finally told me she would refund my money and make me a new sandwich. As I waited for my sandwich they messed up another customers order, the guy behind the counter just laughed and said " my bad". Called and the young lady took my name and phone number and said she would add it to a Panera Bread Account. I did not previously have one. Went back in 4 nights later, gave my phone number, they couldn’t find it and couldn’t figure out how to ‘take care of the problem.’ It was late, I’m diabetic, my BG was crashing and I had my daughter with me so I asked that they just take a new order to move it along. While talking to my daughter I called them a ‘disaster’ and the young lady told me to leave as I was being ‘aggressive‘. First, they are a disaster, second I wasn’t aggressive or even disrespectful, and thirdly, their manager then gave me a card with her number at the store on it, instead of the number for the district manager that I had asked for.
