What an incredible store!! My wife and I were looking for some custom pieces but we didn’t fully know what we wanted. We just so happened to come across this store and we felt like we won the lottery!!
Who knew that you could find beautiful custom furniture AND have it be cheaper and MUCH better constructed than the chain stores?!? Well now I’m a believer!!
The second we stepped foot into the store, we were greeted and welcomed but we were left alone to browse at our own pace. What a relief that was compared to everywhere else we’d been. I can’t stand it when sales folks follow you around the store. And yet at Interior Accents, when we needed help or had any questions, they were there.
Nicole is AMAZING!!! Her design style, willingness to help and give ideas (if you want them - not forced upon you) and personality are second to none!! She has already done such an outstanding job putting pieces that work with one another in sections to help people like me see it all together (I’m a visual person so having the store setup this way was so comforting)! She is so easy to work with, has great ideas and gives suggestions if you find yourself unsure about something and best of all, was NEVER pushy!
My wife and I recently had a delivery and even that went well. The team showed up promptly within the small time window and treated our brand new furniture and set it up as if it were their own. The care they had was so refreshing.
My wife and I will continue to visit this store and Nicole as there is constantly new pieces coming in and every time I go in there, which has been at least once a week now, I keep seeing things I haven’t seen before. Soooo much...
Read moreWorst, worst, worst Experience ever. Did I mention that it has been the worst experience? I have spent several thousands of dollars in this store. Don’t get me wrong, their furniture is beautiful, but their lack of customer service is a complete joke. I ordered a custom sectional. I was told that it would be between four and seven weeks. And on the day of purchase I was even told that they would try to rush my order. After four weeks and five weeks I began to call the store. The manager was always off or at a different store. I never received return phone calls I always called them back. When it was getting close to the seven week mark I was then told the reason it took so long was the fabric was on backorder. You would think when someone spends that much money in your store you would get a phone call explaining what the delay was. Finally I was called yesterday to be told that my sectional would be delivered the next day at almost the 8 week mark. This is after I threaten to cancel my order and dispute it on my card and refuse delivery if it were one day past the seven week mark. My delivery was supposed to be here between 10 AM and 12 PM. Still nothing it is 1245. I just called the store and they told me that their truck had problems this morning but that she would find out what was going on. And that she would call me back. No call back, just a phone call from the driver stating they were on their way. NEVER AGAIN!!! Read moreAVOID this place at all costs and go across the street to Ashley furniture or another well established furniture store. I had to put one star to post but I'd put a negative star if allowed. I bought 4 chairs off the showroom floor and got them home and they don't fit at our dining room table. We contacted them IMMEDIATELY after delivery with the problem and were told these are final sale and a custom order. What? Not once, EVER was I told these were final sale items and there is NOTHING custom about these, bought them off the showroom floor, no changes. Nothing marked on the product, nothing at the counter, and the sales clerk not ONCE ever mentioned this important fact. Even knowing this, the owners could care less and refuse to refund our purchase because "they are a small business". If you care about customer service and return policies on large ticket items, save yourself and go a reputable store. These guys aren't cheap either so your not saving anything shopping here except for poor quality. We just purchased many items for our new home from Arhaus, LazyBoy, Visual Comfort, and Arteriors and have used their return policy already for really high ticket items, NO PROBLEM.
