Read the reviews from other visitors and I find them kind of interesting, but despite the fact that this place had not perfect record obviously the only other choice is the location in Hemet so that kind of makes a choice for you. I think the expectations of a place are a little high for a business that has hundreds of kids tromping through it each day, is a good substitute for an amusement park with a fraction of the price, not a large footprint of real estate with a lot of machines to cram into. For sure the employees were definitely kind of over it, I don't think I saw an employee in there that was over the age of 30, so if these people want to be hard on the employees maybe they need to realize how much their lives would suck if they were working at the same place. I mean really, I can get tired of my own kids on a weekly basis can you imagine dealing with handfuls and handfuls of strangers kids at your work all the time? I would have that same glazed-over look on my face as well. One look at the menu told me that we could go get our pizza and wings and beer elsewhere but I did throw my husband a large beer, just to chill him out with the Epic amount of noise it was going around us. But it was a Saturday, so couldn't expect anything less then everyone and their grandmother being there at the same time. So we didn't order any food and I would say that the pricing on the food reminded me of the fact that while the admission was free here, the food was pretty much priced as one would see at an amusement park. I'm only posting 4 stars because while, yes, if you're around kids, you should screw on a happy face and the employees, while not rude, were somewhat, if not understandingly, automatic. Other than that, there were not a lot of machines out of order and the kids had a great time. Parents this place is not for YOU to have fun....it's for the kids. Your kid doesn't care if the toy sales person seems disingenuous. Your kid doesn't care if the bathrooms are dirty or you're out of salad. As a mom I very much appreciated the fact that there was a semblance of a security protocol with regard to the people coming in and out of the facility. It felt like the children were safe there and the employees definitely did do that and it didn't require a smile on their face at all to make sure that kids weren't leaving when they were...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. It was my nieceās birthday and when we entered in no one was at the door to stamp our hands to ensure the kids were accounted for. My mom and sister had ordered two pizzas one cheese and one pepperoni. We were given two cheese. Not a big ordeal but when they notified management instead of taking accountability they tried to place blame on us like we took our own order or didnāt know what we wanted. The manager told my sister (a paying customer) āthat she didnāt like her attitude or energy and that she felt like walking away.ā To make matters worse they got my cousinās order wrong also, she asked for lemon peppered wings and received chili lime. Also not a huge ordeal but itās the principal. So this time I intervened and asked to have a word with this unfit manger, so I asked her was this second mistake also our fault or was she ready to own the fact that the young boy taking our order was being distracted by her (the manager) and another boy that were talking to him at the same time while taking our order and she still had the nerve to say, āwell weāre going by what we have on the ticketāā¦which was exactly the problem, IT WAS WRONG! Needless to say I asked for corporateās number and to my amazement another girl (not in management) got me the number and rest assured I definitely filed a complaint. Also my sister went to use the bathroom with my 7yr old niece and a grown man was in the girlās bathroom and when told an employee the employee did absolutely nothing about the issue. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a concern of this location. It was the worst experience I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not come here if you plan to bring more than one child. Chucky cheese staff said itās āOne child per adult at all timeā I sign up for gold membership to bring my two autistic children here. At first, it was a blast for them. For the last two return, Jorge, was the staff that approach me twice said ā itās company policy that I need to be with my children at all time.ā He told a customer that some parent thinks we are babysitters. Does this mean chucky cheese have a policy that one adult accompanied one child at 12 inches distance at all time? I will say this, I cannot be with my children at all time because there is only one of me and two of them. Plus, I need to use restroom as well. In that facility, no parents are with their children at all time.
Today, when I return, he came to me said āyou need to tell your son he cannot push me to make way inside the jumper.ā I apologize and said he is autistic. Itās difficult for him to understand, or respond to you. His response was, āok, but he cannot push me.ā It make me realized that Jorge does not understand what I told him. Jorge does not understand or know how to deal what a kid with disability.
If you have a child with disability or hyper DoNot come here. This place does not welcome all kids. Itās not a place where a āKid can be Kidā like...
