Antro Latin Lounge — Restaurant in Murrieta

First time at the Antro lounge and the vibe was nice and the crowd was lit 🔥 however the manager or owner welcomed us was very nice but when we walked over to the bar not one bartender greeted us in fact didn’t even smile at us. I had to ask for a drink and menu and the 2 BT’s there were so stoned face I was almost scared to keep bothering them. They seemed very annoyed 😒 so I can honestly say the atmosphere was nice but the 2 bartenders that were there early in the night before the other BT’s arrived customer service was so poor. Bartenders need to be upbeat and fun not angry looking and definitely engage with customers to a certain extent 👀. The food was amazing best wings I ever had hands down. Having good Customer service is HUGE for any business and not the my presence matter or make a difference but… They should work on their customer...

Well, there are couple things that personally I would like to suggest and congrats to this place.

1. Staff: it's very nice.

2. Cover: don't charge.

3. Space: enough to dance comfortable.

4. DJ: it's great. (Specially Friday).

5. Parking: enough and comfortable.

6. Customers: great in general.

7. Prices: good on cocktails and beers.

8. Service: Fast & Friendly. Suggestions:

9. Too much white light on the kitchen and corridor that goes to the restrooms. It should minimize the white light or use a blue or other light that goes with the rest of the atmosphere.

I recently visited this family-owned establishment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The atmosphere was marred by tension and unprofessional behavior. One of the bartenders, who is the daughter of another staff member, seemed to foster a negative environment. There was an uncomfortable situation where the owner's personal comments and favoritism toward certain employees created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite the obvious tension, the staff did not seem to prioritize customer experience, which significantly detracted from the overall experience.
