Tonight being 9/15 I am currently homeless living on the streets and I came in to Starbucks to get water and charge my phone they told me that if I did not buy anything I cannot sit in the lobby and charge my phone they're very rude and unprofessional and I was the only guest In the store honestly if I could I would give them zero Stars And I plan on filing a formal complaint with the corporate office and the general store manager Tiffany I have set in Starbucks before with just ordering water and have never been kicked out this location needs to be more courteous If you want rude and unprofessional and not courteous baristas they pick and choose who they get away with stuff they don't treat everyone equally and with respect this will be the last time I ever go into this location
So it's okay for homeless people to come in and use the bathroom for a long time do the drugs in the restroom and they don't get kicked out I'm sitting in the corner charging my phone minding my own business can I get told if I can't order anything that I cannot be in the lobby I see people all the time sitting in the lobby be that don't buy anything at all
And if it's really their policy that you have to buy a drink or something in order to sit in the lobby then they should have a sign posted in the window then they should actually enforce it equally to everyone add Starbucks will be hearing from my attorney for discrimination...
Read moreI really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but on one too many occasions especially today I’ve had to wait for a coffee that I ordered on the app and please note I don’t just come S as soon as I order my coffee on the app I wait until after they say my coffee will be ready so if my coffee is ready at 6:21 I don’t leave my house until 6:21. Today when I arrive at Starbucks I’m told that they haven’t even started making my cappuccino it should’ve been ready at 6:21 yet I didn’t receive it in my hand until 631 this is a huge inconvenience when working from home as the whole point of me ordering on the app is so that my coffee will be ready and I should only have to pick it up and go, then when I asked why it wasn’t ready she said oh it’s only two of us here as if that’s an actual excuse… ridiculous I will definitely have to visit another Starbucks yes it will be out of my way but may be my coffee will be ready when I arrive after the time...
Read moreThis is the reason I stopped going to this location. First of all they are out of EVERYTHING. That is not an exaggeration. So I find a drink I can tolerate and they can't seem to make it right. It is not that it is over customized or complex. It is a venti iced macchiato blond with extra caramel. I go to get my drink and there is no caramel and u can tell visually it is darker than the blond roast I have gotten everyday for the last 3months at other location since they have been out of everthing. So I ask for them to add caramel. The kid was irritated u could tell. He asked me to take the lid off (pretty standard) then angrily squirted caramel on the top. I then asked if it was blond, he looks at the label on the cup and says "should be". That was his response to me. I get outti my car and it is NOT blond. I'm not going back in that side show circus. This store can't ever seem to make anything correctly. There are several other locations, I suggest...
